Definitions
- the invention relates to a cutting machine for cutting stacked, sheet-shaped material, with a table for receiving the cutting material and a feed saddle for moving the Material to be cut in the direction of the cutting plane of the knife of the machine.
- Such cutting machines are adequate from the prior art known, for example from EP-A-0 056 874. It is usually around so-called face cutting machines, where a Cutting knife in a plane perpendicular to the material to be cut Table surface is moved. This movement takes place in particular in Art a swing cut. At the bottom dead center, the knife penetrates into one Plastic cutting bar inserted into the table is. The upper surface of the cutting bar does form as far as this is technically feasible, one level with the surface of the table. Due to the constant penetration of the cutting knife into the Cutting bar arise in this edges and bumps, so that overriding the cutting bar with the feed saddle excluded is.
- the material to be cut is usually on one Back table and the cut goods on a front table Cutting machine.
- the surface of the table of such cutting machines is right large so that when machining the surface of the table unevenness of the table surface is not excluded during its manufacture can be.
- the movable feed saddle is lying on the table; nevertheless due to the unevenness of the table surface not ensured that the feed saddle over his entire length rests on the table so that the lower layers of sheets a stack of cut material to be cut precisely from the feed saddle can be advanced. The result is faulty cuts, with what the cut stack is a scrap product.
- the disadvantage mentioned is particularly serious if of the feed saddle not a stack of cut goods, but a large number next to each other Partial stack lying directly against the feed saddle is pushed forward must be, the contact surface on the feed saddle, in particular their contact line on the feed saddle in the area of the table surface is very low or very short.
- feed saddles which lie on the table as a unit, damage the cutting bar if you run over it. With such Feed saddle is therefore not possible to cut material of the feed saddle completely beyond the cutting plane to advance.
- special feed saddles are used, especially so-called tilt saddle. These are an additional one arranged parallel to the cutting plane and parallel to the table surface Tiltable axis and serve to avoid and compensate for Top and bottom cut. So an upper cut leads to the upper Leaf position is pulled away from the feed saddle during the cut and it to compensate for this, the feed saddle in the upper area accordingly backwards, thus inclined away from the cutting plane.
- the task is solved with a cutting machine of the type mentioned at the beginning kind in that the feed saddle on its facing the table Bottom glider picks up in the area of the face of the feed saddle, which is used to create the material to be cut Bridge the distance between the feed saddle and the table.
- the feed saddle after as before can rest on the table surface.
- the compliant sliders are fully retracted into the feed saddle and the material to be cut is fed by means of the feed saddle and / or the glider. If the feed saddle moves over a Unevenness in the table, which represents a depression, drive the in gliders located in this area and bridge the distance between the feed saddle and the table surface.
- the compliant Bridging the distance between the feed saddle and the table consequently also provides in the formation of a feed saddle Tilt saddle sure that regardless of the position of the tilt saddle any existing between the tilt saddle and the table Distance is bridged.
- the sliders are extended for example under their own weight or due to a preload, optionally using springs.
- the feed saddle is on its side facing the material to be cut Side rake-like, so that he means of a press bar pressed material as far as possible in the direction the cutting plane of the cutting machine can move by the tines of the rake enter recesses of the press beam.
- the tines take the gliders which are thus retracted or extended into the tines.
- the the End faces of the teeth of the rake are in contact with the material to be cut doing so in one plane and essentially perpendicular to that Table top receiving material to be cut and essentially parallel oriented to the cutting plane of the knife.
- each tine receives a slider.
- a first basic design provides that the respective Glider in the area of the end face contacting the material to be cut the feed saddle or the tine used in this or this is.
- the respective glider only requires the installation space in the front area of the feed saddle or tine. He points in particular a slider section contacting the table, the one parallel to the table surface and perpendicular to the end face the feed saddle axis is pivotally compliant. The force that is exerted when the material to be cut is pushed onto the glider acts, is thus in the direction of the pivot axis of the contacting the table Slider section directed.
- the glider is made of plastic, is designed in particular as an injection molded part.
- the axis around which the slider section is pivotable is preferably by a Film hinge formed. Due to the storage of the the respective slider section forms the flexible slider section with its coming into contact with the stack of material to be cut End face, regardless of the respective position of the slider section, one level with the end face of the feed saddle or the face of the other slider sections. In a simple way and This level can be displayed in the manner in which the feed saddle built-in glider, the front surface of the glider and feed saddle processed, in particular is ground.
- the respective glider at a substantial distance from that of the material to be cut contacting end face of the feed saddle or tine in this or this is pivotally mounted, the slider rod-shaped is formed and the end face of the feed saddle or the tine facing end face and the end face of the Feed saddle or the tine with each other essentially one level form.
- the respective glider is one Axis that runs parallel to the front surface of the feed saddle, pivoted.
- the end face of each rod-shaped Gleiters takes an arc when swiveling, which, however, due to the length of the glider, only a slight shift the end face perpendicular to the cutting plane at the different Positions of the glider leads.
- the respective one is preferred Glider, related to its longitudinal extent, parallel to the Table surface arranged.
- the sliders are preferably set free of play.
- the inventive design of the feed saddle with the compliant Gliders allow the cutting bar of the cutting machine to be closed run over. If the cutting bar is slightly above the level of the Standing out of the table leads to the movement of the feed saddle the cutting bar so that the sliders are retracted slightly, because the feed saddle or the tines of the feed saddle so are designed so that they are in the front area of the feed saddle contacted the material to be cut, cannot lie on the table. In this respect, the feed saddle is constructive with a height recess Mistake.
- the cutting machine partially shown in FIG. 1 has one Table 1 with a horizontal table surface 2.
- a perpendicular to the Leaf plane of the drawing running brought into the table 1
- Groove 3 is a cutting strip 4 made of plastic.
- a wedge-shaped cutting knife 5 is positioned and attached to a knife holder 6.
- the knife holder is by means of a drive, for example a crank drive and liftable, wherein the knife 5 is moved in the swing cut and in bottom dead center penetrates slightly into the cutting bar 4.
- In 1 is the top dead center of knife 5 and knife bar 6 shown.
- the one perpendicular to the plane of the drawing sheet Cutting plane is illustrated in FIG. 1 with the dashed line 7.
- The, based on the orientation of the drawing sheet to the left of the line the area of table 1 is used Image of the material to be cut, the area on the right the reception of the cut goods.
- Figure 1 illustrates a by means of a feed saddle 8 to to the cutting plane 7 advanced stack 9, which by a Large number of sheets of paper lying on top of one another. It can be a single stack 9, for example over a substantial range of the width of the feed saddle 8, based on its end face 19, extends. It can however, a large number of partial stacks are also positioned side by side his.
- the rake 8 is in the exemplary embodiment according to the figures 1 and 2 from a bearing flange 12 receiving the journal 10 and a rake screwed to it by means of a screw 13 14.
- This has a rear base portion 15 and a plurality arranged parallel and at a relatively short distance from each other Prongs 16 which extend perpendicular to the table surface 2.
- the End faces 10 of the tines 16 are positioned parallel to the cutting plane, so that when a stack of material to be cut is pushed forward is aligned cuboid.
- the side of the cutting knife 5 is by means of a drive lowerable and raisable press beam 17 provided on the Stack of cut material 9 can be lowered.
- the press beam 17 is on his the side facing away from the knife 5 is also designed like a rake, so that even in the one shown in Figure 1 relatively advanced Position of the feed saddle 8 of the press beam 17 on the stack of material to be cut 9 can be lowered.
- FIG. 1 illustrates the mounting of the respective slider 18 in the feed saddle 8.
- the slider 18 is, based on its longitudinal extension, essentially parallel to the table surface 2 and perpendicular oriented to the cutting plane as well as in the longitudinal direction of the slider 18 extending slot 20 in one axis 21 stored, which in turn in the lower section of the base section 15 of the rake 14 is mounted.
- a set screw 22 is screwed in, the rear surface 23rd of the slider 18 contacted, so that the slider 18 in its Longitudinal direction can be fed without play, so that in each Angular position of the slider 18 is ensured that the end face 24 a plane with the end face 19 of the associated tine 16 forms.
- the feed saddle 8 is formed in several parts; instead, the bearing flange 12 and the rake 14 can also be used Form part. This is particularly the case with smaller rakes his.
- FIGs 3 to 5 illustrate the use of the figures 1 and 2 described slider 18 in a tilt saddle.
- this is connected to the bearing flange 12 an extension piece 26, the several vertically oriented set screws 27.
- the feed saddle 8 in particular the rake 18 to be tilted about the axis 28 passing through the bearing journal 10.
- Figure 3 illustrates the initial state of the rake 14, the Corresponds to situation according to FIG. 1, at an angle of 90 ° between the table surface 2 and the end faces 19 of the tines 16.
- Figure 4 shows the saddles tilted upwards at an angle of 88 °. At 5, the saddle is inclined downwards, at an angle of 91 °. In all cases, the front section bridges of the slider 18 the distance between the lower edge of the assigned Tine 16 and the table surface 2.
- Figures 6 to 10 show the design of the relevant parts of the Cutting machine in a modified embodiment of the glider. With the embodiments according to Figures 1 to 5 essentially Matching parts are given the same reference numerals for simplicity designated. There is, in contrast to the representation in Figure 1, the feed of the stack, not shown, related to the drawing level, from right to left. In this respect it is complementary in the left area of the drawing sheet the cutting plane 7 been drawn in.
- FIG. 6 also shows that in a with dash-dotted lines, spindle 29 illustrates a movable one Carriage 30 is mounted, in which the bolt section 10th is used, the non-positive connection to the feed saddle 8 manufactures.
