Definitions
- the invention relates to an aid for moving disabled people according to the The preamble of claims 1 or 6.
- This tool consists of a cloth, to which ropes are attached. These ropes are grouped above the cloth.
- the summarized ropes can be attached to a lifting device that is in shape a crane can be formed. This allows the person to cross a threshold and for example, be lifted into public transport. The person is up outside help, because it is not possible for a disabled person independently in the cloth because it does not offer enough grip. Out For safety reasons, the disabled person must also be present during the movement process be accompanied by the lifting device.
- the problem underlying the present invention is to avoid these disadvantages.
- the seat having a seat has one or more seat surface parts
- the / a side attachment has / have that run in an at least substantially vertical Guide rail is or are movable
- the attachment of the seat part or the seat surface parts is designed such that the seat surface part or the seat surface parts with the vertical movement of the attachment of the seat parts from the horizontal position is / are rotatable with a downward rotation into an at least almost vertical position.
- the rotational movement of the seat part in the movement of its attachment after above or below can be done in the sense of a forced operation. Then the attachment is moved accordingly, then depends on the vertical position of the Attach a corresponding angular position of the seat part. It is also possible, the angular position of the seat part during the vertical movement of the Decouple attachment. It then only has to be ensured that this Seat part is in the horizontal position when attaching in the lower Position is reached. This can be realized, for example, by a lock or also by an embodiment according to claim 2.
- the stop can, for example, by appropriate shaping of the Seat part can be realized in the lowest position on the frame the seat comes to rest and thereby a turning away of the seat part in prevented this position.
- the seat part remains advantageous the movement of its attachment upwards with those in connection with claim 1 Advantages described foldable downwards, because then the positive concern the movement of the seat part on the remaining in the corresponding position Frame of the seat is lifted.
- the seat is in the longitudinal direction divided so that there is at least one left and at least one right seat part.
- the corresponding seat parts can advantageously be lifted each time only one leg can be positioned. This makes operation without the user Assistants again much easier compared to an embodiment in which a Seat part is present, which extends across the entire width of the seat and at whose positioning both legs would have to be raised.
- lever arms are reduced in this embodiment, so that the weight the person can be better absorbed with regard to the stability of the seat.
- the seat is transverse to Split longitudinally at least once, with the seat parts independent of each other are movable.
- the aid is thereby used as a toilet chair or as part of a toilet chair usable by only removing the rear seat part or the rear seat parts will be folded.
- the seat has armrests and a lower frame of the seat, the seat part or the seat parts with their attachment from the lower frame of the seat towards the armrests is / are movable.
- the stop can be realized be explained in connection with claim 2 in the introduction.
- the auxiliary means Movement of disabled people on a seat that can be raised by means of a lifting device is for transporting a person sitting on the seat
- the seating surface according to the invention can be folded down around a horizontal axis in the back area of the seat, whereby in this folded position the seat at least essentially an extension of the Backrest represents.
- the disabled person - supported by the aid - can move into one standing position.
- the Maintaining the angled position of the seat surface has the advantage that the person's legs are at least approximately vertically below the person's body.
- the seat can advantageously be locked at least in the sitting position.
- the seat can also be locked in the folded down position. This results in a Improve the safety of the aid.
- the configuration of the aid according to claim 7 corresponds to the configuration Claim 6, wherein here advantageously the design of the seat according to the previous ones Claims 1 to 5 is combined.
- the advantages of these configurations occur in detail so here combined on.
- a disabled person's ability to move without outside help is improved by this can position themselves in the aid without outside help, if appropriate Equipment that can change aids (e.g. as a toilet chair) and / or yourself can move away from the aid (for example to a toilet) and also can reposition in the tool.
- Equipment that can change aids e.g. as a toilet chair
- Equipment that can change aids e.g. as a toilet chair
- yourself can move away from the aid (for example to a toilet) and also can reposition in the tool.
- the seat has an armrest which is attached to a handle that is in the folded position of the seat extends at least substantially horizontally.
- the seat is in the longitudinal direction divided, the two parts of the seat can be folded independently of each other.
- These supports can be used to ensure that the person is in the "standing" position can be stabilized.
- the person's legs can be fixed to the supports. If these supports are also folded into the vertical position during erection, the disabled person can stand at least approximately stable when the supports in this vertical position can be locked. So the movement possibilities correspond advantageously a rotation of the knee joint from an angle of at least about 90 ° Position in an at least approximately depressed position.
- the supports in are advantageous lockable in these two positions.
- These supports can be rotated on the tool, for example be attached so that they can be turned sideways to the radius of action not to restrict the disabled person if they are sitting on the Aid sits. If necessary, these supports can then be screwed in. Are advantageous these supports can then be locked again in the twisted position.
- the supports at the front end are up bent.
- the seat parts and the Frame made of round steel.
- the aid can advantageously be manufactured simply. Furthermore, that will Aids can also be used in the sanitary area because there is no contact with water Represents problems.
- the frame and / or the seat can also be used for reasons of cost Weight saving can also be made from round tube instead of round steel.
- the back area is at least in designed essentially open.
- Figure 1 shows a tool 1 according to the invention in side view.
- the tool 1 points a suspension 2 with which the aid 1 on a known rope, chain or belt lift can be attached.
- the lifter can be designed to be self-propelled. This makes it possible to move the aid 1 with a person sitting in it.
- the aid is designed in the illustrated embodiment such that its Frame is partially designed as a support 3.
- the disabled person can take this support 3 under clamp the armpits and so rest on the aid 1.
- This support is advantageous 3 padded.
- the length of the aid 1 can be adjustable. There are vertical tubes adjustable in area 4. The tool 1 can thereby the different Length of the torso of different people can be adjusted. If the Seat parts 6 and 7 are in the sitting position, these are horizontal in the by Frame 5 of the seat arranged predetermined height. Through the length adjustment in Area 4, the aid can then be set so that the disabled person is out the sitting position in the aid 1 is then supported on the supports 3 with the armpits can lift.
- the seat parts 6 and 7 can be seen in the position that is not the sitting position corresponds.
- the seating parts 6 and 7 are with their attachments 8 on guide rails 9 movable.
- This guide rails 9 can also by parts of the frame of the aid 1 are formed.
- the attachments 9 from the seating position of the seat parts 6 and 7 are moved out upwards, the seat parts 6 and 7 can be folded down. As a result, a disabled person can comparatively easily insert the seat parts into the Bring sitting position and also bring away again.
- the procedure is in the Introduction to the description in connection with the explanations for claim 1 described.
- the armrest 10 and the frame of the Seat 5 are adjustable in length by the elements 11 and 12. This can advantageous the length of the seat by the width of the seat parts 6 and 7 and by the distance between them is adjusted to the length of the thighs of the respective person become.
- the length of the Seat parts are designed so that they are in the position that is not the sitting position corresponds, do not stand down beyond the frame 5 of the seat.
- the tool is advantageously made of round steel, so that the tool in Sanitary area can be used.
- This round steel can in the area of the seat and Can be covered with paneling on the back so that the seating comfort is improved.
- the seat is divided once across the longitudinal direction.
- a longitudinal adjustment of the length of the seat can be easily realized because the Longitudinal adjustment can only be carried out in the frame of the seat and in the arm lengths must and in addition the front seat part and the rear seat part from each other be removed.
- the handling of the aid for the disabled person improved because this can sit on the seat parts 6 and 7 in succession, such as this is also explained in connection with claim 4 in the introduction to the description.
- FIG. 2 shows a partial view of a movable seat part 6 or 7 of the illustration in FIG Figure 1 in front and rear view.
- the seat part 6 or 7 is in three positions to see. The position shown with solid lines corresponds to that Seating position.
- the attachment 8 of the seat parts 6 and 7 is in a guide rail 9 movable. It can be seen that the seat part 6, 7 in the region of its attachment 8 is shaped such that it forms a stop 201 in the sitting position, which stops on the frame 5 the seat comes to rest. This can prevent that Seat part 6 or 7 can fold down when a person is sitting on it. If the attachment 8 is moved upwards, this stop is lifted, so that the seat part 6 or 7 can be folded down.
- the relationships are shown in dashed lines, if the attachment 8 in the vertical movement is approximately in the middle and in the Position in which the attachment 8 is in the uppermost position in the guide rail 9.
- the seat parts 6 and 7 are only comparatively different move little upwards when they are removed from the sitting position. This means, that the disabled person only has to lift the respective leg comparatively little in order to to remove the corresponding seat part or to fold it into the sitting position.
- Figure 3 shows a partial view of a seat part in plan view Guide rail 9 can be seen and the attachment 8. Likewise, the seat part 6 or 7th shown. It can be seen that the seat part 6 and 7 (as well as the aid in the remaining) can be made of round steel.
- the aid can also be designed such that the seat surface in the longitudinal direction is divided. This then results in at least one left seat part and at least one right seat part.
- the handling of the aid for a disabled person further simplified.
- there are advantages in the stability of the seat as well regarding the attachment of armrests. If the seat parts over the full Extend the width of the seat and then attach it only on one side must be moved correspondingly upwards, the attachment of an armrest 10th difficult again at a suitable height.
- FIG. 4 shows an aid 401 with a support for the leg and a foot part in Side view.
- This aid 401 can have a seat corresponding to the above Explanations in connection with Figures 1 to 3 can be equipped.
- the frame of the aid 401 in the illustration in FIG. 4 is in the upper region different from the representation of FIG. 1.
- the supports 403 are designed such that these are rotatably mounted around the frame 404. This can remove these supports 403 be rotated when they are not needed. This makes it the disabled person allows the upper body to move freely in the lateral direction. If those Supports 403 are required, these can advantageously be rotated so that the can support the disabled person with the armpits.
- These supports 403 can advantageously be made of Be locked in this position for safety reasons. As you can see, they are Supports 403 bent upward at their front end 404. This can prevent that the disabled person can slip out of the aid if the Person rests on supports 403.
- a seat can be seen, which is defined by the frame 5 of the seat. Again the seat parts 6 and 7 can be seen in the position that is not the sitting position corresponds.
- the seat is different from the representation in FIG. 1 arranged in the back area rotatable about an axis of rotation 405.
- this axis of rotation 405 can then be folded down the seat.
- the seat can advantageously be locked in the seating position 4 shown in the figure become. This can be achieved, for example, by placing the armrest 10 on the rear frame can be detachably attached (406). The locking in the sitting position results when the Armrest 10 is attached.
- a corresponding one can be used Locking, for example, by fixing the swivel joint in the axis of rotation 405 can be achieved.
- a handle 407 can also be seen, one in the folded position of the seat has functional meaning.
- a bracket 408 can also be seen, which is rotatable on the front of the frame 5 of FIG Seat is attached.
- This support 408 is again advantageously adjustable in length (409) to the length of the support 408 the length of the tibia on the tool 401 to be able to adjust the seated person.
- a foot part 410 can also be seen through which the Foot of the person sitting on the aid 401 can be picked up.
- the person can, for example, tie the shin to the support 408 become. In order to avoid an uncontrolled swinging of the support 408, this can - for example by a lock in the axis of rotation 411 - in that shown in Figure 4 Position can be locked.
- Figure 5 shows the aid of Figure 4 with the seat partially folded. It is then the lock of the seat is released and the lock, if any, is present the support 408. The folding results from the force of gravity when the Tool 401 on the suspension 2.
- the disabled person can avoid uncontrolled folding by placing them on the Grips 407 and the seat and the support 408 slowly and controlled in one guided movement moves down.
- FIG. 6 shows the aid according to FIG. 4 with the seat completely folded down this representation represents an extension of the backrest. It can be advantageous again the support 408 can be locked in its axis of rotation 411. This can be avoided that the disabled person, including the aid, bends in the knee area.
- the seat is advantageously divided in the longitudinal direction, with the two halves of the seat are each separately rotatable about the axis of rotation 405.
- the aid 401 advantageously remains suspended from the suspension 2.
- the suspension must be loose to the extent that the step movements are possible
- the suspension advantageously follows these step movements.
- the seat is advantageous in the Figure 6 shown lockable. This prevents buckling. The disabled people can then, for example - secured by the suspension 2 - in a shower stand.
- Figure 7 shows the aid of Figure 4 in plan view.
- the left half of the representation of the Figure 7 shows the aid 401 in the area of the seat.
- the right area of the illustration in FIG. 7 shows this Tools in the upper area. It is here the elongation 2 and the support 403 in Armpit area to see. It can also be seen that the corresponding parts of the The width of the frame is adjustable (701) to make the aid different to be able to adapt the strong physique of the disabled person sitting in it.
- Figure 8 shows the aid of Figure 4 in rear view. It is the seat parts in the see folded position. It can be seen that the seat is divided lengthways is. It can also be seen that the width of the aid 401 can be adjusted, according to a different physique of different people.
- the aid 401 is designed to be open in the back area, so that caregivers can help the disabled person.
