Abstract
Description
Aus der Schweizer Patentschrift 322 209 ist weiter ein Stickmaschinen-Schiffchen bekannt, welches für die Verwendung möglichst grosser Bobinen an den Innenflächen der Seitenwände des Schiffchenkörpers Ausnehmungen für die Spule aufweist. Die Ausnehmungen werden mit einem Kugelfräser erzeugt. Durch diese Massnahme kann wohl eine etwas grössere Bobine in das Schiffchen eingelegt werden. Dies ist allerdings auch ohne diesen im heutigen Zeitpunkt nicht mehr vertretbaren spanabhebenden Aufwand möglich, wenn durch geeignete Wahl des Materials des Schiffchens, das ohnehin möglichst leicht sein soll, die Wand des Schiffchenkörpers dünn gewählt wird. Auch durch die Vergrösserung des Innenraums des Schiffchenkörpers durch Ausfräsen desselben wird nicht mehr erreicht, als wenn die Wandung des Schiffchens schon von Grund auf entsprechend dünn hergestellt wird.

Claims (10)
- Spule (13) zum Einlegen in ein Schiffchen (1) einer Stick- oder Steppmaschine, bei der der Faden (11) als kernlose Spule (13) aus einer Präzisionswicklung vorliegt und aus dem Zentrum der Spule (13) abziehbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Raumform der Spule (13) im wesentlichen der bootsrumpf-ähnlichen Innenraumform des Schiffchens (1), in das die Spule (13) eingelegt ist, entspricht.
- Spule nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bootsrumpfähnliche Raumform durch Umformen der rotationssymmetrisch gewickelten Spule (13) erfolgt.
- Spule nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichte der Fadenwindungen auf der Spule (13) durch Pressen erhöht ist.
- Spule nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innenliegenden Windungen als Parallel- oder Tunnelwindungen ausgebildet sind.
- Spule nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aussenliegenden Fadenwindungen durch Verkleben oder durch einen Schrumpfschlauch oder eine Schrumpffolie eine formstabile Hülle bilden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer den Innenraum eines Schiffchens (1) im wesentlichen vollständig aufzufüllenden Spule (13), gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:a) Herstellen einer kernlosen im wesentlichen rotationssymmetrischen Spule (13),b) Zuführen eines dampfförmigen oder flüssigen Mediums ins Innere der Spule (13),c) Umformen der Spule (13) in eine der Schiffcheninnenform ähnlichen Raumform.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spule (13) beim Umformen zusätzlich zusammengepresst und verdichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu Beginn des Wickelvorgangs der Spule (13) parallel verlaufende Windungen oder Windungspakete (19,21) erzeugt und darauf die Präzisionswindungen aufgebaut werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die parallel verlaufenden Windungen (19,21) sich entlang der gesamten Spulenlänge erstrecken oder eine Mehrzahl (n) von hintereinander liegenden Paketen (21) umfassen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die verformte Spule (13) ein Klebstoff, ein Schrumpfschlauch oder eine Schrumpffolie aufgebracht wird.
