Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Trocknen und Trockenhalten insbesondere von gewalzten Bändern (Kaltband) bis ca. 10 mm Dicke, vorzugsweise kleiner als 0,2 mm Dicke, im Auslaufbereich von Kaltwalz- und Bandanlagen, in denen zur Abtrennung des Feuchtraums (35) des Walzwerks gegenüber dem weiteren Auslaufbereich hinter dem letzten Walzgerüst, dem Trockenraum (34) eine Abschottung angeordnet ist, deren oberer Teil oberhalb des Bandes (10) bis an die Gerüstbühne und deren unterer Teil unterhalb des Bandes (10) bis an die Grundplatte anschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (10) von den bandseitigen Enden der Abschottungen (12, 13) und deren Bauteilen (14, 15, 16, 16', 17, 17') aus über Blasdüsen (23) rechtwinklig zur Bandoberfläche von oben und von unten mit einem Gas, vorzugsweise Luft, unter Druck beaufschlagt wird, so dass sich über die gesamte Bandbreite ein luftkissenähnliches Druckgaspolster im 0,1 bis 1 mm, vorzugsweise 0,2 mm weiten Spalt (30) zwischen dem bandseitigen Ende der Abschottung (12, 13; 14, 15) und der oberen und unteren Bandoberfläche aufbaut und das Druckgas (33) oberhalb und unterhalb des Bandes (10) in Form einer Spaltströmung (32) parallel zur Bandoberfläche in Richtung zum Walzwerk bzw. zum Feuchtraum (35) und einer Spaltströmung (31) in Gegenrichtung zum Trockenraum (34) abgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckgas (33) mit einem Druck von etwa 1 bis 10 bar, vorzugsweise von etwa 5 bar von unten und oben auf die Bandoberflächen geführt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach den vorherigen Ansprüchen, bestehend aus einer oberhalb und unterhalb des Bandes (10) ortsfest angeordneten Abschottung (12, 13), deren oberer Teil (12) oberhalb des Bandes (10) bis an die Gerüstbühne und deren unterer Teil (13) unterhalb des Bandes (10) bis an die Grundplatte anschließen, sowie einer beweglichen Abschottung (16, 16', 17, 17'), die die ortsfeste Abschottung (12, 13) über Rahmen (14, 15) bis dicht oberhalb und unterhalb der Bandoberfläche verlängert, gekennzeichnet durch am bandseitigen Ende (16', 17') der beweglichen Abschottungen über die gesamte Bandbreite angeordnete Blasdüsenleisten (18, 19) mit senkrecht zur Bandoberfläche ausgerichteten Blasdüsen (23) und bandseitig parallel zur Bandoberfläche ausgebildeten Blasdüsenleistenflächen, wobei der zwischen den Oberflächen des Bandes (10) und den bandseitigen Blasdüsenleistenflächen ausgebildete Spalt (30) eine Weite von 0,1 bis 1,0 mm, vorzugsweise ca. 0,2 mm, aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Blasdüsenleisten (18, 19) mindestens der Bandbreite entsprechen und die Breite der Blasdüsenleisten (18, 19) etwa 10 mm bis 500 mm, vorzugsweise etwa 60 mm beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Blasdüsenleisten (18, 19) pro 1 m Blasdüsenleistenlänge ca. 250 Blasdüsen (23) mit einem Düsendurchmesser von ca. 1 mm angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blasdüsen (23) in den Blasdüsenleisten (18, 19) mittig bezüglich der Blasdüsenleistenbreite und hintereinander quer über die gesamte Bandbreite angeordnet sind.
