Claims (24)
- Verfahren zur Einstellung des Registers bei einer Mehrfarbendruckmaschine (1) mit mehreren Einrichtungen (2, 2', ...) zur digitalen Erzeugung von Teilfarbenbildern (3, 3', ...), wobei zur Registereinstellung die Erstellung und Zusammenfügung der Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', ...) derart gesteuert wird, daß registerhaltige Drucke erzielt werden, wobei druckseitenbedingte Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4"), die Einfluß auf das Register haben, vor Eintritt einer Änderung derselben bei der Erstellung und Zusammenfügung der Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', ...) berücksichtigt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Registerkorrektur infolge einer Änderung druckseitenbedingter Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4") der rückwirkende Einfluß der Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4") der vorangegangenen Druckseite (33) berücksichtigt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als druckseitenbedingte Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4") der Einfluß von Eigenschaften (4') des verwendeten Drucksubstrats (5) berücksichtigt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als druckseitenbedingte Einflußgröße (4, 4', 4") der Einfluß des gewählten Tonerauftrags (4") berücksichtigt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Berücksichtigung der Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4") aufgrund abgelegter Erfahrungswerte (6, 6', 6") erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Berücksichtigung der Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4") durch eine manuelle Eingabe aktiviert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Berücksichtigung der Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4") aufgrund einer abgespeicherten Datei (19) von Druckseiten (33, 34) erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Berücksichtigung der Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4") durch eine automatische Erfassung derselben erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Papierdicken (27) erfaßt und diesen zugeordnete Erfahrungswerte (6') berücksichtigt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Tonerprofile erfaßt und diesen zugeordnete Erfahrungswerte (6") berücksichtigt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Erfahrungswerte (6') für verschiedene Papiersorten bereitstehen. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Erfahrungswerte (6") für verschiedene Tonerprofile bereitstehen. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zur Korrektur einer Registerregelung dient, die auf der Erfassung von Registermarken (8, 8', ...) beruht, welche von den einzelnen Druckwerken (9, 9', ...) gedruckt werden, wobei diese Korrektur erfolgt, bevor die druckseitenbedingte Änderung Einfluß auf die Registermarken (8, 8', ...) haben kann. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zur Korrektur einer Registerregelung dient, die auf der Erfassung der Positionen der teilfarbenbild- und substratübertragenden Elemente (10, 10', ...; 11, 11', ...; 12) beruht. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 mit einer Mehrfarbendruckmaschine (1) mit mehreren Einrichtungen (2, 2', ...) zur digitalen Erzeugung von Teilfarbenbildern (3, 3', ...), wobei mindestens eine Steuerung (7, 7', ...) für die Erzielung registerhaltiger Drucke eine Registereinstellung vornimmt, bei der die Erzeugung und Zusammenfügung der Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', ...) gesteuert und druckseitenbedingte Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4"), die Einfluß auf das Register haben, vor Eintritt einer Änderung derselben bei der Steuerung der Erstellung und Zusammenfügung der Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', ...) berücksichtigt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Steuerung (7, 7', ...) derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie bei einer Registerkorrektur infolge einer Änderung druckseitenbedingter Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4") den rückwirkenden Einfluß der Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4") der vorangegangenen Druckseite (33) berücksichtigt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit mindestens einem Speicher (13, 13', ...) ausgestattet ist, der abgelegte Erfahrungswerte (6, 6', 6") enthält, wobei die mindestens eine Steuerung (7, 7', ...) auf der Grundlage dieser Erfahrungswerte (6, 6', 6") die Erstellung und Zusammenfügung der Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', ...) steuert. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit einer Eingabevorrichtung (14) ausgestattet ist, über die die zu berücksichtigenden Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4") manuell aktivierbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Druckmaschinensteuerung (20) vorgesehen ist, die abgespeicherte Dateien (19) von Druckseiten (33, 34) enthält und die Berücksichtigung der Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4") aufgrund dieser Dateien (19) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 17
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit einer Einrichtung (15) zur automatischen Erfassung von Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4") ausgestattet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (15) derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie mittels eines Sensors (16) Papierdicken erfaßt und der mindestens eine Speicher (13, 13', ...) den Papierdicken (27) zugeordnete Erfahrungswerte (6') enthält. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (15) zur Erfassung von Tonerprofilen aus den digitalen Bilddateien (19) ausgebildet ist und der mindestens eine Speicher (13, 13', ...) den Tonerprofilen zugeordnete Erfahrungswerte (6') enthält. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Speicher (13, 13', ...) mit Erfahrungswerten (6') für verschiedene Papiersorten geladen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Speicher (13, 13', ...) mit Erfahrungswerten (6") für verschiedene Tonerprofile geladen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Steuerung (7, 7', ...) derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie das Register mittels einer Erfassung von Registermarken (8, 8', ...), welche von den einzelnen Druckwerken (9, 9', ...) gedruckt und einem Registersensor (17) erfaßt werden, regelt und die Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4") als Korrekturfaktoren berücksichtigt, wobei die Korrektur erfolgt, bevor die druckseitenbedingte Änderung Einfluß auf die Registermarken (8, 8', ...) haben kann. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Steuerung (7, 7', ...) derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie das Register mittels einer Erfassung der Positionen der teilfarbenbild- und substrattragenden Elemente (10, 10', ...; 11, 11', ..., 12) durch Positionserfassungselemente (18) regelt und die Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4") als Korrekturfaktoren berücksichtigt.
