Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Einstellung des Registers bei einer Mehrfarbendruckmaschine (1) mit mehreren Einrichtungen (2, 2', ...) zur digitalen Erzeugung von Teilfarbenbildern (3, 3', ...), wobei zur Registereinstellung die Erstellung und Zusammenfügung der Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', ...) derart gesteuert wird, daß registerhaltige Drucke erzielt werden, wobei druckseitenbedingte Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4"), die Einfluß auf das Register haben, vor Eintritt einer Änderung derselben bei der Erstellung und Zusammenfügung der Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', ...) berücksichtigt werden.
Durch die Erfindung soll das Verfahren und die Vorrichtung derart weitergebildet werden, daß keinerlei Unterbrechung des Druckprozesses zwischen zwei unterschiedlichen Druckseiten (33, 34) erforderlich ist.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß bei einer Registerkorrektur infolge einer Änderung druckseitenbedingter Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4") der rückwirkende Einfluß der Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4") der vorangegangenen Druckseite (33) berücksichtigt wird.
