- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'une partie du châssis d'une station d'éjection de presse de façonnage avec une paire de rails permettant d'accueillir un outil supérieur d'éjection.
Claims (7)
- Presse de façonnage de feuilles de papier ou carton comprenant une station d'éjection de déchets avec un châssis porte-outil comportant une paire de rails transversaux horizontaux (5, 11) supportant un outil supérieur d'éjection, le premier rail (5) étant fixe par rapport audit châssis porte-outil, le deuxième rail (11) étant mobile en direction longitudinale, caractérisée en ce que le profil des deux rails (5, 11) permet d'assurer le montage et le maintient en position opérationnelle d'éjection de déchets, au choix, un cadre-tiroir d'outil supérieur d'éjection ou une planche supérieure d'éjection, en ce que chacun des rails transversaux horizontaux (5, 11) comporte, sur sa face en regard de l'autre une première partie profilée (7) dont le profil est complémentaire au profil externe de la partie transversale du cadre-tiroir d'outil supérieur d'éjection et une seconde partie profilée (6) dont le profil est complémentaire au profil externe du côté d'une planche supérieure d'éjection et en ce que ladite première partie profilée (7) est située au dessus de ladite seconde partie profilée (6).
- Presse de façonnage de feuilles de papier ou carton selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la seconde partie du premier rail (5) fixe comporte un plot de centrage destiné à centrer une planche supérieure d'éjection dans la station d'éjection.
- Presse de façonnage de feuilles de papier ou carton selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le châssis porte-outil comprend un dispositif micrométrique (8) pour déplacer transversalement le plot de centrage.
- Presse de façonnage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le châssis porte-outil comporte des moyens d'ajustage micrométriques (9, 10) de la position longitudinale et/ou angulaire dudit rail fixe (5).
- Presse de façonnage selon les revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'ajustage micrométriques (8, 9, 10) présentent un affichage mémorisable de leur valeur de réglage.
- Presse de façonnage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la station d'éjection comporte des moyens de serrage pour maintenir l'outil supérieur en position opérationnelle et en ce que lesdits moyens de serrage comprennent au moins un ressort (15) exerçant une force permanente sur le rail mobile (11) en direction longitudinale vers le rail fixe (5) et au moins un vérin (19, 20), dont la mise en action contrecarre et surmonte la force du ressort.
- Presse de façonnage selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le rail mobile (11) est porté par au moins un support (12, 13) permettant une translation longitudinale du rail mobile (11) par un dispositif à engrènement assujetti au support par un dispositif élastique.
