Claims (13)
- Perforiergerät mit einer beweglichen Einrichtung (16), an der eine Halterung für ein Perforiermittel (12) angebracht werden kann,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Kolbeneinheit (24) zum Bewegen der beweglichen Einrichtung (16) vorgesehen ist, an die eine Positioniereinrichtung (30) zum Positionieren der Ausgangslage der Kolbeneinheit (24) vorgesehen ist, die unmittelbar auf die Kolbeneinheit (24) wirkt. - Perforiergerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positioniereinrichtung (30) ein Außen- (31) und ein Innengewinde (29) aufweist, wobei die Ganghöhe des Außengewindes (31) auf die Ganghöhe des Innengewindes (29) so abgestimmt ist, dass eine Drehung der Positioniereinrichtung (30) eine Bewegung der Kolbeneinheit (24) verursacht, deren Betrag kleiner ist als die durch die Drehung verursachte Bewegung der Positioniereinrichtung (30). - Perforiergerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positioniereinrichtung (30) eine Differentialschraube aufweist, die zwischen einem ortsfesten Teil und der Kolbeneinheit (24) angeordnet ist. - Perforiergerät nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Differenzialschraube ein Außen- (31) und Innengewinde (29) aufweist, wobei die Ganghöhe des Innengewindes (29) zur Ganghöhe des Außengewindes (31) verschieden ist und eines der Gewinde über ein entsprechendes Gegengewinde mit der Kolbeneinheit, das andere Gewinde über ein entsprechendes Gegengewinde mit einem ortsfesten Teil verbunden ist. - Perforiergerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ganghöhe des Innengewindes (29) kleiner ist als die Ganghöhe des Außengewindes (31) und das Innengewinde (29) über ein entsprechendes Gewinde mit der Kolbeneinheit (34) verbunden ist. - Perforiergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Außen- (31) und/oder das Innengewinde (29) über elastische Elemente in einen spielfreien Zustand versetzt werden. - Perforiergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Differenzialschraube (30) und die Kolbeneinheit (24) eine Bohrung aufweisen, in die eine Schraube (36) mit einem Schraubenkopf (35) eingebracht ist. - Perforiergerät nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrung in der Differenzialschraube (30) eine Schulter (42) aufweist und der durch die Bohrung verlaufende Schraubenkopf (35) in Richtung der Kolbeneinheit (24) durch einen Federmechanismus, insbesondere ein Tellefederpaket an der Schulter (42) abgestützt ist. - Perforiergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Außengewinde (31) der Differenzialschraube (30) in ein Gewinde einer Mutter (32) eingreift, wobei die Mutter (32) mit Hilfe eines Stiftes (34) drehsicher mit dem Gehäuse (33) verbunden ist. - Perforiergerät nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verminderung des Gewindespiels zwischen der Mutter (32) und der Differenzialschraube (30) eine über der Mutter (32) angeordnete Rundmutter (44) vorgesehen ist, die über ein Wellenfederpaket (46) auf die Mutter (32) einwirkt. - Verfahren zur Justierung eines Perforiergerätes mit einer beweglichen Einrichtung (16), an der eine Halterung (10) für ein Perforiermittel (12) angebracht werden kann, wobei in dem Perforiergerät eine Kolbeneinheit (24) vorgesehen ist, die von einer Ausgangsposition in eine Endposition bewegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Positioniereinrichtung (30) zum Justieren der Ausgangsposition der Kolbeneinheit vorgesehen wird und die Positioniereinrichtung (30) so unmittelbar auf die Position der Kolbeneinheit (24) wirkt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positioniereinrichtung (30) ein Außen- (31) und ein Innengewinde (29) aufweist und das Perforiergerät dadurch justiert wird, dass die Positioniereinrichtung (30) gedreht wird, wobei die Positioniereinrichtung (30) auf die Kolbeneinheit (24) wirkt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positioniereinrichtung (30) eine Differenzialschraube ist, wobei die Ganghöhe des Innengewindes (29) kleiner ist als die Ganghöhe des Außengewindes (31) und das Innengewinde (29) unmittelbar in die Kolbeneinheit (24) eingreift und die Differenzialschraube zur Einstellung der Position der Kolbeneinheit (24) gedreht wird.
