Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Streuen von Streugut auf eine kontinuierlich bewegte Unterlage im Zuge der Herstellung von Holzwerkstoffplatten, mit zumindest zwei gegensinnig rotierend angeordneten Walzen, die Elemente zum Auflösen von in einem Stoffstrom enthaltenen Verdickungen aufweisen, wobei die Elemente benachbarter Walzen ineinandergreifend zusammenwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elemente (15, 19, 20) federelastisch ausgebildet und/oder federelastisch an den Walzen (6, 6') angeordnet sind und/oder drehbar gelagert und fliehkraftausrichtend an den Walzen (6, 6') angeordnet sind, und die Partikel des Stoffstroms während des Durchtretens zwischen den Walzen (6, 6') impulsartig beaufschlagt und in Abhängigkeit ihrer spezifischen Gewichte beschleunigt werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Streuen von Streugut nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei die Elemente als gebogene Federelemente (15) an den Walzen (6,6') gelenkig gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Streuen von Streugut nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei die Federelemente (15) als Druckgußelemente oder Flachstahlelemente ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Streuen von Streugut nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei die Elemente als an den Walzen (6,6')verteilt angeordnete Spiralfederelemente (17) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Streuen von Streugut nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei die Elemente als Federelemente (20) aus flexiblen Blechscheiben ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Streuen von Streugut nach Patentanspruch 5, wobei die Federelemente (20) eine Profilierung (21) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung zum Streuen von Streugut nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei die Elemente als einzelne Stacheln (23) mit scheibenförmigen Tellern (24) ausgebildet sind, die durch eine gelochte elastische Hülle (22) auf den Walzen (6, 6') positioniert festgehalten werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Streuen von Streugut nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei die Walzen (6, 6') derart angeordnet sind, daß eine durch die Mittelachsen der Walzen (6, 6') verlaufende Ebene (7) zu einer waagrechten Ebene (8) einen Winkel α (9) von 30 bis 90° vorzugsweise von 45° bis 75° aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zum Streuen von Streugut nach Patentanspruch 8, wobei zusätzlich ein Schacht (11) zur Aufnahme von Fremdkörpern mit hohem spezifischem Gewicht vorgesehen ist.
