Definitions
- the invention relates to a hinge in which two hinge parts relative to each other can be pivoted with the help of a hinge pin, which as Bearing pin for at least one of the hinge parts is used.
- the two hinge parts can both as sleeve-shaped parts, usually equipped with a blind hole, wherein the hinge pin is a separate component, the one half in one hinge part and the other half in the other hinge part.
- hinge vertically standing bearing pin is designed so that the hinge pin is an integral part of the lower hinge part, and only the upper Hinge part, which is sleeve-shaped or blind-shaped, on the protruding part of the bearing pin of the lower hinge part is attached.
- Such hinges are used both for the doors on furniture also for room doors and windows.
- fixation devices are usually outside the window or door, So screwed to the floor, on the adjacent wall, etc., glued. she on the one hand, therefore require relatively high assembly costs, damage on the other hand, the load-bearing wall or the load-bearing floor and are mostly also visually unappealing.
- FR-A-2424824 is an anti-rotation device for a Known hinge, which with a horizontal axis in an upward direction hinged window is installed. It is - as well as from others Citation known - a locking mechanism that snaps into place preloading spring including the form-fitting Does not lock between the two hinge parts of the hinge, but on the outside of the hinge part facing away from the other Arranged hinge. This complicates the growing options and especially retrofitting.
- the anti-twist device including a pre-tensioning Spring between the hinge parts and therefore not on one for attachment
- To arrange available cross plate is not to this font remove.
- the anti-rotation device by means of a switching device between activated and a deactivated position can be switched at deactivated anti-rotation lock the hinge in a conventional manner and so that can usually be moved without increased effort, while in the activated position the anti-rotation device only with very great effort can be overcome.
- the anti-rotation lock is not just a non-positive, but even one has positive locking, the effort is usually so high that the anti-rotation lock could only be overcome by destruction, so that with a sufficiently stable design of the positive connection none Overcoming the anti-rotation device is more possible.
- the activation and deactivation is preferably carried out by a Switching movement in the longitudinal direction of the hinge pin, whereby either the Hinge pin with one of the hinge parts or the two hinge parts against each other in the activated state non-positively and / or positively to be engaged with each other.
- the hinge parts not only include those surrounding the bearing pin Part of the hinge, but also the respective one, from the axial direction of the Bearing pin striving cross leg, which is usually called Threaded bolt is formed.
- a toothing in a transverse plane Arrange longitudinal direction of the bearing pin, preferably all around it Longitudinal axis z. B. as serration, in a transverse plane of the bearing pin lies, or a conical serration with the longitudinal direction of the bearing pin as a cone axis.
- the toothing can be formed with gently rising flanks, and consist for example of such wear-resistant material that for Swiveling the movable hinge part of the positive locking force Gearing must be overcome.
- Either this upper pivotable hinge part is on the pivotable Component (door leaf, window sash) screwed in so that the movable sleeve-shaped hinge part with its contact face facing downwards rests on the opposite end of the lower hinge part.
- top is pivotable Hinge part has a blind hole for receiving the hinge pin, and the vertical contact between the upper free end of the hinge pin and the bottom of the blind hole in the upper, pivotable hinge part.
- the arrangement of the teeth is either between the contact faces of the hinge parts or between the free face of the Hinge pin and the pivotable hinge part.
- the teeth can also be axially in a polygonal configuration interlocking, fitting parts, an outer part and an inner part, consist of appropriate training of the outer circumference of the Inner part and the inner circumference of the surrounding outer part in one another mated condition against rotation.
- the outer part and that Inner part can either be intermediate rings that are rotatable with individual Hinge parts are connected, or just an intermediate ring connected to one of the Hinge parts are connected, and with the correspondingly designed other Hinge part interacts.
- the gearing itself can be symmetrical, i.e. the same in opening and in Closing direction, be carried out, or asymmetrical, so that in the opening direction of the pivotable hinge part over the sloping Tooth flanks overcome by means of appropriate force is possible a closing movement due to the steeper or vertical Tooth flanks in the closing direction, however, only after disengaging the Gearing or destruction of the gearing is possible.
- the anti-rotation lock is deactivated by the corresponding locking bolts be withdrawn again.
- the anti-rotation lock can be used, especially if the engagement is positive in the activated state - the anti-rotation lock automatically, e.g. B. by means of spring loading etc., in a desired position, usually the one that is needed more often deactivated position biased.
- the spring can also hold the anti-rotation device in the activated state, so that to deactivate what for the pivoting of the pivotable Hinge part is necessary, again using a suitable component such as a lever, a wedge, twisting an eccentric, etc. disengage must be done.
- the switching device for switching between activated and deactivated position can - especially in the case of one in the activated Position biasing force - the switching device with the locking element of the pivotable component, for example the door handle or window handle, be connected:
- Fig. 1 shows a hinge, which consists of an upper and a lower Hinge part 1, 2, each with the openings against each other directional, blind hole-like receiving openings 8, 9 for the hinge pin 3 have, as a separate component with its upper half in the upper Hinge part 1 is inserted with its lower half in the lower hinge part 2.
- hinge parts 1, 2 project transversely to the longitudinal direction 4 of the Hinge bolt 3 threaded bolts 21, 22 from the side, which can be screwed in serve the respective component.
- the lower hinge part 2 of the Hinge 10 in the fixed component i.e. the door frame or window frame
- the upper hinge part 1 in the movable component that is Door leaf or window sash is screwed in.
- the upper washer 6 is supported on the Contact end face 11 of the upper hinge part 1 in the longitudinal direction 4, and is secured against rotation by means of an extension 17, which along the outer surface of the sleeve-shaped part of the upper hinge part 1 runs, and either the threaded bolt 21 of the upper hinge part 1 engages, or due to such a small distance between the sleeve-shaped Part of this upper hinge part 1 and the load-bearing component against Twist is secured relative to the supporting hinge part 1.
- the intermediate disks 6, 7 In the mutually facing end faces, the intermediate disks 6, 7 a Hirth toothing 4 running around the longitudinal direction 4, which is symmetrical flanks rising steeply in both directions.
- the length of the hinge pin 3 is such that the upper Hinge part 1 either on the upper end face of the hinge pin 3 with the bottom of the receiving opening 8 sits or only a very between the two there is a small distance, which is significantly smaller than the height of the serration 18th
- one of the washers for example washer 7 be formed in two parts and two in the longitudinal direction together subsequent annular washers 7a, 7b exist.
- Figs. 1 and 2 The advantage of the solution shown in Figs. 1 and 2 is that it can also be retrofitted to an existing hinge. With new hinges the integration of the toothing and switching device in the hinge parts themselves anytime possible.
- FIG. 3 Another solution is shown in the design according to FIGS. 3 and 4.
- the hinge pin 3 is not a separate component, but in one piece formed together with the lower hinge part 2.
- the fork 23 presses, the tines of which on both sides of the hinge pin 3 between the hinge parts 1 and 2 extend, these hinge parts in the longitudinal direction 4 apart, whereby the Serration teeth 19 disengaged.
- extensions are in the direction of the end region of the tines trained on the other prongs, so that the light distance between the tines is less than the diameter of the hinge pin 3. After sliding across the longitudinal direction 4 by making the tines elastic are pushed apart, this creates a positive Secure the position of the fork 23, which of course consists of a sufficiently stable Material, such as aluminum or steel, must exist.
- the handle 24 can strive in any direction, and in particular the fork can be turned to the most convenient position.
- the handle 24 When connecting the fork 23 with the locking element of the movable component becomes the handle 24 preferably in the direction of the respective threaded bolt 21 or 22 be arranged to extend.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 show a solution that is similar to the solution of FIGS. 1 and 2 is executed.
- One of the washers for example washer 7, compared to the hinge part 2 carrying them by means of a pressure-exerting Belleville washer etc. is kept at a distance. This is done by means of Belleville spring 25 with its serration - arranged on the other side 19 in the appropriately designed serration teeth of the other washer 6 pressed.
- a clamping fork 26 is located radially in the area of the plate spring 25 inserted on the outside, the tines on both sides of the hinge pin 3 27, 28.
- the tines are each in two parts, from axially spaced part prongs 27a, 27b or 28a, 28b.
- One of the partial tines is in a corresponding circumferential groove is open radially outwards, the intermediate plate 7 out.
- the plate spring 25 is located at a distance between the partial prongs 27a, 27b.
- the plate spring 25 is designed so that it z. B. in viewed from the side, wavy with two elevations and two Recesses is formed. In the area between the tines 27 and 28 is the Disc spring on the hinge part 2, and in the area of each of the prongs 27 and 28, there between the partial prongs 27a and 27b or 28a and 28b on the Washer 7.
- the plate spring 25 prevents rotation relative to the intermediate disk 7 is secured can by pivoting the clamping fork 26 about the longitudinal direction 4 by approximately 90 ° with a correspondingly dimensioned thickness of the partial prongs 27a, 28a, the clamping fork 26 are compressed in the longitudinal direction 4, so that Sufficient axial play arises to disengage the serration teeth 19 to be advised.
- clamping fork 26 can also be used to compress the Belleville spring 25 can be used in the direction of the adjacent hinge part 2.
- FIG. 7 shows a solution in which a retrofittable Additional sleeve 15 only one, for example the upper hinge part 1, in the axial Is pushed on from above.
- a retrofittable Additional sleeve 15 only one, for example the upper hinge part 1, in the axial Is pushed on from above.
- By pushing over the Threaded bolt 21 is a rotationally fixed fixation of the additional sleeve 15 opposite the upper hinge part 1 reached.
- this can also be achieved by using the additional sleeve 15 a very small distance between the sleeve part of the hinge part 1 and the adjacent component - only very thin on the component side is formed or the sleeve is even open here.
- locking bolts 16 are displaceable in the longitudinal direction 4 arranged. In their deactivated, withdrawn position, they do not reach the threaded bolt 22 of the lower hinge part 2.
- a plurality of locking bolts 16 along the circumference of the Additional sleeve 15 slidably arranged, thereby in several positions to be able to make a lock.
- the locking bolt 16 can in the retracted state due to a sufficiently small game without additional device deactivated in this Position remain.
- Fig. 8 shows a complete assembly on which the invention Hinges are inserted. This is a window sash 51, which opposite its window frame 52 between the complete closed and fully open position using the Hinges 10 according to the invention is pivotable.
- the anti-rotation device is designed in the hinges 10 so that they are normally in the activated position, i.e. to move the Window wing 51 must be deactivated.
- the anti-rotation device is in or in both hinges 10 via an operative connection 14 connected to the window handle 53.
- the window handle 53 As to open the window anyway Window handle 53 must be moved to the open position, this will Movement of the window handle via the operative connection 14 also the anti-rotation device placed in the hinges 10 in the deactivated position, and the Window sash 51 can be moved as desired.
- activate the desired opening position only the window handle 53 can be moved back into the closed position, whereupon the window sash 51 is secured against unintentional further opening or closing.
- the Hinge pin 3 fixed, in particular rotationally fixed, in particular integrally in one piece, formed with the lower hinge part 2, and the upper hinge 1 has corresponding to a receiving opening 8 for the hinge pin 3, which after is open at the bottom and closed at the top or stops to sit on the upper end face of the hinge pin 3.
- the anti-rotation device is provided by intermediate rings 6 ', 7 'reached, which in turn on their mutually facing end faces Have serration teeth 19, which prevent rotation when engaged represents.
- the lower intermediate ring 7 ' has an elongated hole 29 or in its longitudinal direction a downwardly open slot 29 'on the wall of this intermediate ring 7 'penetrates and through which the threaded bolt 22 of the lower hinge part 2 protrudes radially outwards.
- the hinge part 2 has a projecting outward as the lower end Shoulder 32 on, so that between this shoulder 32 and the lower end face of the intermediate ring 7 'a coil spring 30 is arranged; and the intermediate ring 7 'from the lower shoulder 32.
- Fig. 10 differs from the solution of FIG. 9 in that the upper Intermediate ring 6 'formed in one piece together with the upper hinge part 1 and the lower hinge part 2 has an additional threaded bolt 22 ', which is axially spaced from the first threaded bolt 22 and on the shoulder 32 is attached.
- Fig. 11 shows a solution in which in turn the upper hinge part around the Receiving opening 8 around the front side has a serration 19.
- Anti-rotation lock engages in this serration of the upper hinge part 1, which sits on the upper end face of the threaded bolt 3, a prong 35a one that points upward from a pivot plate 35 that is off-center with respect of the hinge pin 3 on the lower hinge part 2 by a horizontal Pivot axis 36 is pivotally mounted.
- this swivel plate 36 which has a central opening for extending the hinge pin 3, from one below arranged coil spring 30, which is supported on the shoulder 32, upwards in the serration teeth 19 of the upper hinge part 1 pressed.
- the supported shoulder 32 may also be designed obliquely parallel to this.
- Fig. 12 differs from Fig. 11 in that instead of a pivot plate 35 and a biasing coil spring surrounding the hinge pin 3 30 a V-shaped spring bracket 37 is used, the legs of which spring back its elasticity when compressed. Both legs of the spring bracket 37 are of a through opening for the Hinge pin 3, over which the spring angle before placing the top Hinge part 1 is pushed provided.
- the upper leg of the spring leg lies 37 approximately horizontal and in turn has the upward, in the Hirth serration 19 engaging prongs 35a.
- the lower leg is supported on the again preferably inclined Shoulder 32 off.
- the bias of the two legs to each other can be done by a set screw 38, which is preferably parallel to the longitudinal direction 4 through the lower hinge part 2 and in particular its shoulder 32 can be screwed, can be varied by this adjusting screw 38 with its front end from below forth against the lower leg of the spring bracket 37.
- Figures 15 and 16 represent modifications according to the solution of Fig. 9 in With regard to the lower hinge part 2. It is irrelevant whether upper hinge part 1 - which is not shown in Figures 15, 16 - the Hirth serration 19 on an intermediate ring 6 'or directly on the upper hinge part 1 is formed.
- pivot plate 35 ' is not pivoted in FIG. 16, but shifted in the longitudinal direction 4 by a separate pivot lever 40 the pivot plate 35 'engages so that it shifts in the longitudinal direction 4.
- pivot lever 40 also in the middle, that is on the longitudinal axis of the lower Hinge part 2, around a horizontal, transverse to the longitudinal direction 4, Pivot axis 36 can be pivoted.
- Fig. 17 differs from the solution of FIG. 9 in that the Protection against rotation is not given by a serration 19, which on end faces of two functional parts directed towards one another, but by pushing two functional parts together, an outer part and an inner part that fit into each other and wherein the outside of the inner Functional part is designed as a poligon, in particular as a hexagon, and analogously to this, the inside of the outer functional part.
- the outer functional part is the intermediate ring 7 ', and that inner functional part of the outer circumference of the upper hinge part 1, the top in the corresponding hexagon socket 41 of the lower intermediate ring 7 ' dips.
- FIGS. 18 represents the geometric inversion, in which the Intermediate ring 7 'on the outer circumference has the hexagon 41', which in one immerses the corresponding hexagon socket at the free end of the mounting opening 8 of the upper hinge part 1 is formed, and is larger than that Outside diameter of the hinge pin 3.
- a cable 33 which is preferably central extends through the interior of the lower hinge part 2, the lower Intermediate ring 7 'retractable against the force of the spring 30 and thus the Anti-rotation lock can be deactivated.
- the solution according to FIG. 13 represents a special case in that the Hinge pin 3 is a separate component opposite the upper and lower Hinge part 1 or 2 is.
- the hinge pin 3 has a lower one Intermediate ring 7 'corresponding to that of FIG. 9, that is equipped with a Hirth serration, non-rotatably connected, which is down - again over intermediate coil spring 30 - supported on the lower hinge part 2, which is now penetrated by the hinge pin 3.
- the intermediate ring 7 ' by means of a cable 33, which extends downwards in the interior of the hinge pin 3 the force of the spring 30 retractable.
- hinge pin 3 is at its upper end with an extension 3 ' smaller diameter equipped, the shoulder at the transition to coaxial extension 3 'with a small diameter as further serration teeth 19' is trained.
- the extension 3 penetrates the upper hinge part 1 by a corresponding one Opening so that this only on the shoulder, so the additional Hirth teeth 19 ', sits on the hinge pin 3.
- a pivot lever 40 ' is pivotally attached to the upper hinge part 1 about a horizontal axis and is transversely above the upper end of the extension 3 'of the hinge pin 3 and e.g. can be operated by a cable 33.
