Definitions
- the present invention relates to devices for make joints in a bonding paste such as a mortar between rubble stones, for the realization of a wall.
- the bonding paste To join the rubble of two successive layers, the bonding paste must be placed on the upper face of the first layer of rubble, before laying the rubble of the top layer on the bonding paste.
- the operator can have a layer of reduced thickness of glue to make the horizontal joint.
- the glue is a type mixture mortar but relatively fluid, and the operator can arrange it using a distribution device comprising a top filling opening and bottom opening exhaust.
- the tray has a support base to rest on a lower rubble, and lower guides for even distribution appropriate the glue coming out of the lower opening for its application over the entire upper surface of the layer of lower rubble stones. Thanks to the relatively high fluidity of the glue, it flows easily through the lower opening tank exhaust, making a thick horizontal seal reduced on which we can put a superior rubble with a weak sag.
- Such an adhesive distribution device is not usable to make a mortar joint, because of the naturally weak mortar fluidity.
- the free flow of mortar is insufficient, and causes in the joint the presence of hollow areas devoid of material.
- Document FR 2 611 788 A describes a device comprising a tank with lower exhaust opening, with a plate vibrating force requested by a motor.
- Fixed hollow rods are supplied with compressed air, and inject air into the mortar under pressure. The result is seals that contain air, and are thus lightened. This provision increases the presence of hollow zones devoid of material in the joint.
- Document DE 27 17 393 A describes a device comprising a tank with lower exhaust opening, with a rod agitation driven in alternative translation by a motor.
- the free end of the rod in the form of a loop, is set back from the lower exhaust opening.
- the agitation thus carried out is not sufficient to ensure the absence of hollow areas free of material in the joint.
- the problem proposed by the present invention is to design a new device structure allowing make solid joints between rubble stones using a paste such as a mortar which can be compact and not very fluid. So, the invention must satisfy two contradictory needs, namely to efficiently and quickly drain the dough into the device for forming a seal devoid of hollow areas, and to use a poorly flowing paste which does not flow well.
- Another object of the invention is to reduce the amount mortar needed to make the joint, avoiding dispose of the mortar with regard to the hollow areas of the rubble.
- rubble stones are currently tending to become structures increasingly hollow, with interior voids devoid matter.
- the top face of the rubble is full, and the interior cavities open freely downward, so that the underside of the rubble is dimpled. It is no need to have mortar in the areas with regard to cavity openings.
- the invention thus aims to limit the most possible the presence of mortar in the areas with regard to lower rubble openings.
- Another object of the invention is to limit and facilitate the leveling operations of the rubble stones of a layer of rubble stone, allowing for example to control and set the level for only one out of two rubble stones. AT this effect, avoid the collapse of the upper rubble when placed on the mortar. So the mortar be able to withstand, without noticeably flowing, the pressure important which is concentrated in the peripheral areas full lower rubble openings. This forces you to use a even denser and less fluid mortar.
- the invention thus aims to further increase the compactness of the mortar deposited to form a attached.
- Another object of the invention is to increase the speed laying the mortar forming the joint, avoiding the long operation and tedious application of the mortar with a trowel.
- the invention aims to increase the speed of installation rubble, to reduce the quantities of mortar needed, to improve the regularity of thickness and structure of the joint, by ensuring the regularity of the mortar deposit and the regularity of the consistency of the joint.
- alternative translational movement generally means a displacement of the rod substantially in a vertical plane longitudinal.
- the movement can be a rectilinear translation alternative, an alternative curvilinear translation, or even a combination of translation and rotation along a path curvilinear closed like a connecting rod.
- the alternative translation movement can advantageously have a frequency between 10 and 60 Hz about.
- the alternative translational movement can advantageously have an amplitude between 5 and 30 mm about.
- the support base is shaped to allow longitudinal translation of the device on a row of lower rubble stones, the lower walls of molding are suitable for forming the bonding paste according to at least a longitudinal bead of appropriate section, thus achieving a horizontal joint between two successive layers of rubble stone.
- the support base is shaped to allow positioning of the device on horseback on the gap between two successive stones of the same layer lower rubble
- the lower molding walls include two lateral molding elements shaped to close the side slots in the gap, allowing thus make a vertical joint between two successive rubble stones.
- the device according to the invention makes it possible to produce seals horizontal between two successive layers of rubble.
- the device 1 according to the invention realizes, on a row of lower rubble stones including, for example, the rubble stones 2 and 3, a horizontal joint made up of three beads longitudinal mortar 4, 5 and 6 respectively, arranged with suitable for the case of rubble stones with solid parts lower are compared to the longitudinal beads of mortar 4 to 6.

- the reliefs pushers 26e and 26f can be similar to those of the previous realization for horizontal joints.
- the lateral molding elements 32 and 33, the rod (s) agitators 26 and 27 and the motor means 29 form a vertically movable sub-assembly on the tank 7, between a raised position illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 7, and a position lowered illustrated in Figures 8 and 9.
- the lateral molding elements 32 and 33 and the agitator rods 26 are fully above the face superior of rubble stones 2 and 3, to allow movement device horizontally along a bottom row of rubble stones 2 and 3.
- the lateral elements of molding 32 and 33 are applied laterally to close off the lateral slots in the gap 31 between the two rubble stones 2 and 3, and the lower extensions 26i of the agitating rod 26 and 27 enter interstice 31 to promote the flow of mortar in gap 31.
- the lateral molding elements 32 and 33 can advantageously have a tubular shape, and slide in fixed vertical guides 37, 38, 37a and 38a respectively, ensuring simultaneously guiding the vertically movable sub-assembly on tray 7.
- the lateral molding elements 32 and 33 include external ramps 32a and 33a which, at the end of the travel lowering the subassembly ( Figure 9) engage against respective fixed vertical guides 38 and 38a for pressing laterally the lateral molding elements 32 and 33 against the rubble stone thus hermetically sealing the side slots of the gap 31 between the rubble stones 2 and 3.

- intermediate molding elements can include two vertical tabs 40 and 41, held by their ends upper on a cross 42 connecting the upper ends lateral molding elements 32 and 33, and engaging in the gap 31 between two successive rubble stones 2 and 3 to isolate zone 43 between the two tongues 40 and 41.
- the vertical tabs 40 and 41 slide thus vertically with the lateral molding elements 32 and 33.
- the tongues verticals 40 and 41 thus slide in abutment against the means of guide 44.
- means are provided for soliciting the vertical tabs 40 and 41 away from each other at the end of sliding down.
- the vertical tabs 40 and 41 each have a deviated intermediate zone 45, so that their upper sections are closer to each other and their lower sections are more distant from each other as illustrated in Figures 7 and 9.
- vertical tabs 40 and 41 come to rest against oblique facets ( Figure 10) limiting the enlarged central area 43 of the interstice which want to leave the mortar empty.
- the operation of the device is as follows: the operator places the device 1 straddling the gap 31 between two successive rubble stones 2 and 3 of the same layer of rubble stones lower and then it lowers the vertically movable assembly from so that the lateral molding flanges 32 and 33 come close the lateral slots in the gap 31. The operator then actuates the motor means 29, which favors the flow of the mortar contained in the tank to make it penetrate through the lower exhaust opening 9 in the gap 31.
