Definitions
- Monk and nun roof tiles are known for roofing, these roof tiles on the roof formwork or on a brick Roof structure or on corrugated panels or on vertical battens (after "Piedmontese type") and with mortar or weight secured against slipping.
- This kind of monk and nun roof tiles provides that the nun roof tiles be the first at the bottom Roof edges are held by metal hooks to prevent slipping are laid in succession during the following nun roof tiles Longitudinal alignment with these first roof tiles being laid each of these following tiles with its lower edge facing two lateral, on the upper edge area, inwardly protruding Support the molded noses of the previously laid roof tile.
- the monk roof tiles are, depending on the inclination of the roof surface, laid on the nun roof tiles so that the connection areas between the nun roof tiles and also the mentioned noses are covered, the monk roof tiles are attached or are in the traditional way these also have a nose, which however is from the convex side stands out as a support for the following monk roof tiles serve. In the latter case, these noses remain visible and the lowest roof tile must be anchored.
- the invention has as its object a roof tile previously described way of creating which is a simpler and more economical Manufacturing, space-saving storage and a safer installation enables.
- the invention proposes a roof tile without Noses or other support projections, before or after the burning process, with at least one lateral through or blind hole, in Area of the contact surface of the noses on the well-known monk and nun roof tiles, to provide.
- This hole forms the seat for insertion of, preferably made of plastic with a possible metallic core manufactured, roof tile holders which either a simple edition form or are provided with a projection so that they, except the functions of an obligation meet a reserve so as to meet the lower margin of the secure the following installed roof tile against lifting.
- the one on the monk and nun roof tiles for inserting the holder provided through or blind holes can be cylindrical or be in the shape of a truncated cone, but without drilling with other Exclude cross-section and / or other shape.
- the holder according to the invention consist of an insertion shaft free end has elastically deformable elements which, as a result elastic deformation during insertion into the hole, one position take which is suitable for pulling out the shaft prevent.
- the shaft of the holder can, in order to form a stop to limit the depth of penetration of the shaft into the hole in the roof tile, a projection, a protruding edge or a section with have a larger diameter.
- the end region of the holder which is the end region opposite with the elastic holding elements, with a radial projecting edge or a tongue which are suitable the subsequently laid roof tiles on the one below withheld roof tiles.
- the monk and nun roof tiles which holes for the attachment of Have holders as a pure support and / or as retaining elements the advantage that the execution of the holes before or after Burning process using simple tools and fully automated kind can be done.
- the holes for the attachment of the invention Holders can also run on old or reused roof tiles become.
- the storage of the pre-drilled monk and nun roof tiles requires the same amount of space as the storage of traditional monk and nun roof tiles which have no hook-in or support lugs.
- the system according to the invention also makes it possible to provide that the holder according to the invention which is attached to the monk roof tiles are also the function to prevent snow from slipping off by taking over the outer surface of the restrained monk roof tile protrude and through this above part which a support surface for the roof surface is shaped accordingly offer lying snow layer.
- FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of part of a laying of Monk and nun roof tiles both with holders according to the invention are equipped.
- Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of part of a nun roof tile with the holder according to the invention in the inserted position in one of the two holes provided.
- Fig. 3 shows a holder for monk and nun roof tiles which According to the invention in a through hole on a nun roof tile is used, which in longitudinal section according to a section plane which the axis of the holder includes, the upper end portion thereof is shown Halters is provided with an all around protruding edge.
- Fig. 4 shows a holder for monk and nun brick according to the invention which according to the invention in a through hole on a nun roof tile or a monk roof tile is used in the Longitudinal section along a section plane which is the axis of the holder includes, is shown, the upper end portion of the holder is radial protruding retaining tongue and the shaft of the holder has diametrically opposite this tongue, a protruding thickening.
- the nun roof tiles 1 which along the bottom extreme edge of the Roof surface are laid out against slipping in a known manner Metal hook 2 secured.
- the nun roof tiles 1 according to the invention have in the area of the upper transverse edge 1a two through holes 1c which as a seat for insertion under pressure or by Snap in holders 3 according to the invention serve.
- the holder 3 which are inserted into the bores 1c and from the lateral longitudinal flanks of the The drainage channel protruding inwards acts as a support for the lower one Transverse edge 1b of the subsequently laid nun roof tiles 1.
- the monk roof tiles 4 also point in the area at the upper transverse edge Bores 1c for inserting holders 3 according to the invention on which is the lower transverse edge of the subsequently laid monk roof tile is present and retained.
- the holder 3 for monk and nun roof tiles can have different shapes have, they essentially consist of a shaft 3c, 3g which in the Bore 1c can be used and an elastically deformable end regions 3d, 3h has which, after successful insertion, snap or Press to prevent the holder 3 from being pulled out, or to to secure it in its seat against being pulled out.
- These elastically deformable elements can take the form of the above Snap-in projections 3d have, for example, on two tongues are provided which are formed by a longitudinal section 3k part of the shaft or have the shape of tongues 3h which during the insertion of the shaft 3g into the bore, in corresponding lateral recesses 3i penetrate from which they are elastic snap out as soon as they no longer from the inner surfaces of the bore 1c be held back.
- 3f of the holder 3 is this with an asymmetrical thickening 3f provided, of course, can also simple side for this purpose Projections or protruding circumferential edges can be provided.
- the holes 1c which on the side flanks of the nun roof tile 1 provided do not endanger the tightness of the roof cover as that Water runs along the channel bottom and the area of the holes 1c from Monk roof tiles is covered.
- the holes 1c which for Insertion of the holder 3 on the monk roof tiles 4 are provided Do not endanger the tightness of the roof cover because this Lay the roof tiles to the side of the connection area between the in Rows arranged nun roof tiles 1 are arranged and thus that any water flowing through the holes from those laid below Nun roof tiles 1 is caught.
- the invention does not exclude that the holder, what the in the holes 1c used part concerns, are bolt-shaped during the protruding support and / or Retaining part different, possibly also hook-shaped Forming, for example similar to the curved end of the Metal hook 2, may have.
- the holes 1c as well as the shaft of the According to the invention, holders can also have a non-round cross section, for example to avoid twisting the holder used; this Property is significant for holders which one-sided or asymmetrical have protruding tongues or protrusions.
