Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen und Schließen des Lukendeckels einer Schiebeluke an einem Kampffahrzeug, insbesondere einem Kampfpanzer, wobei am Lukendeckel eine Zahnstange angeordnet ist, in die ein Abtriebsritzel eines am Fahrzeug angeordneten, mit einer Betätigungsvorrichtung verbundenen Getriebes eingreift, wobei zwischen das Abtriebsritzel und die Betätigungsvorrichtung eine automatische Brems- und Arretiervorrichtung eingeschaltet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als automatische Brems- und Arretiervorrichtung eine im Gehäuse (1) des Getriebes angeordnete Klemmrollen-Lastmomentsperre dient mit einem fest mit dem Gehäuse (1) verbundenen Außenring (2), in welchem ein Innenring (3) drehbar gelagert ist, der formschlüssig mit einem an das Getriebe angeschlossenen Abtriebselement (4) verbunden ist, wobei in einem Klemmspalt (5) zwischen Innenring (3) und Außenring (2) mindestens ein Klemmrollenpaar (6.1-6.2, 7.1-7.2) angeordnet ist, dessen Klemmrollen unter der Wirkung mindestens einer Druckfeder (8.1 bis 8.4) in eine Klemmstellung gedrückt werden, in welcher das Abtriebselement (4) gesperrt ist, und mit einem Antriebselement (9), das einerseits über Mitnehmerstifte (10.1, 10.2) mit dem Innenring (3) verbunden ist und andererseits Betätigungsstifte (11.1, 11.2) aufweist, welche in Abhängigkeit von der Drehrichtung des Antriebselements unter der Einwirkung des Drehmoments jeweils eine Klemmrolle (6.1 und 7.1 oder 6.2 und 7.2) jedes Klemmrollenpaares gegen die Kraft der Druckfeder in eine Freigabestellung drücken, wobei der Klemmwinkel 4,5° bis 7° beträgt und jede der Druckfedern (8.1 bis 8.4) so ausgelegt ist, daß jede der Klemmrollen (6.1, 6.2, 7.1, 7.2) mit einer Gesamtkraft von mindestens 45 N belastet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmwinkel 5,75° beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebselement als durch das Gehäuse (1) hindurchgeführte, an beiden Enden (9.1, 9.2) an eine Betätigungsvorrichtung anschließbare Antriebswelle (9) und das Abtriebselement als Hohlwelle (4), durch welche die Antriebswelle (9) hindurchgeführt ist, ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebswelle (9) über Kugellager (12) im Gehäuse (1) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hohlwelle (4) auf der durchgehenden Antriebswelle (9) über Nadellager (13, 13.1) und im Gehäuse (1) über Kugellager (12.1) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Innenring (2) und Außenring (4) zwei Klemmrollenpaare (6.1-6.2 bzw. 7.1-7.2) derart angeordnet sind, daß sie in bezug auf die Drehachse (D) des Innenrings (3) einander diametral gegenüberliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 und gegebenenfalls einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebswelle (9) und die Hohlwelle (4) mit Radial-Wellendichtringen (15, 15.1, 15.2) gegenüber dem Gehäuse (1) bzw. dem Außenring (2) abgedichtet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegbaren Bauteile mit einem im Temperaturbereich von mindestens -40°C bis mindestens +100°C funktionsfähigen Schmiermittel versehen sind.
