Description

Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung für den Transport und die Lagerung von komprimierten Gasen, welche bei einem Druck von 50 bis 300 bar auch bei Normaltemperatur noch in gasförmigem Aggregatzustand vorliegen, bestehend aus einem einzigen geschlossenen, eine Kugetform aufweisenden Gasbehälter (2), der mit Anschlüssen zur Befüllung und Entleerung ausgestattet ist und einem Standgestell (3), in dem der Gasbehälter (2) lösbar fixiert ist und mittels welchem der Gasbehälter (2) auf der Ladefläche von Schiffen, Bahnwaggons oder Lastkraftwagen abstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gasbehälter (2) vermittels an seinem Kugelmantel befestigter Halteeinrichtungen (11) lösbar mit dem eine entsprechende Anzahl an vertikal aufragenden Stehern (10) aufweisenden Standgestell (3) verbunden ist, wobei die Lösbarkeit der Verbindung zwischen dem Gasbehälter (2) und dem Standgestell (3) über eine zusätzliche Einrichtung temporär unterbindbar ist und wobei zur Befüllung bzw. zur Entleerung und zur Prüfung vorgesehene Anschlüsse an der unteren Halbkugel des Gasbehälters (2) angeordnet und somit für den Fall des Kippens der Vorrichtung oder für den Fall eines sonstigen Unfalls beim,Transport stoß- und beschädigungsfrei zwischen dem Gasbehalter (2) und dem Standgestell (3) eingebettet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Transport mehrerer Gasbehälter (2) jeder Gasbehälter (2) über eine separate Absperrvorrichtung verfügt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenmaße des Standbehälters (3) und des Gasbehälters (2) so gewählt sind, dass die vorgesehenen Ladeflächen optimal bestückt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtungen (11) die Steher (10) des Standgestells (3) wenigstens teilweise umgreifen und über eine Auflagefläche (13) der Gasbehälter (2) auf den Stehern ( 10) abgestützt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Standgestell (3) eine quadratische Grundfläche und vier Steher (10) besitzt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundfläche (4) Ausnehmungen (5) aufweist, über welche die Gabeln einer Hebevorrichtung unter die Vorrichtung (1) geschoben werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundfläche (4) weitere Ausnehmungen (6, 7) aufweist, über welche die Befestigung der Grundfläche (4) auf einer Ladefläche kontrolliert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gasbehälter (2) und/oder das Standgestell (3) über Einrichtungen verfügt mittels welcher die Vorrichtung (1) durch eine Hebevorrichtung, insbesondere durch einen Kran auf die Ladefläche gehoben wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundfläche (4) Versteifungseinrichtungen (8) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Grundfläche (4) und den Stehern (10) Versteifungseinrichtungen (9) vorhanden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gasbehälter (2) und das Standgestell (3) aus unterschiedlichen Stahlqualitäten gefertigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steher (10) über die untere Halbkugel des Gasbehälters (2) hinaus ragen.
