Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Veränderung des Farbniveaus in einem offenen Farbkasten einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere einer Rollenrotations-Offsetdruckmaschine,
gekennzeichnet durcheinen Grundkörper (1) mit einer Vielzahl von darin geformten Farbkammern (8);eine Vielzahl von Farbzufuhrleitungen (16), die über ein jeweiliges Einströmventil (5) mit jeweils einer der Farbkammern (8) zur Versorgung der Farbkammern (8) mit verschiedenen Farben verbunden sind;sowie eine Vielzahl von ferngesteuerten Ausströmventilen (3), die mit den Farbkammern (8) zur Ausgabe von Farbe in den Farbkasten der Druckmaschine strömungsmäßig verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Farbkasten ein segmentierter Farbkasten ist, und dass jede der Farbkammern (8) in eine Vielzahl von Segmentkammern unterteilt ist, von denen eine jede mit einem eigenen Ausströmventil (3) zur Zufuhr einer gewünschten Farbe zu einem zugeordneten Segment des segmentierten Farbkastens versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (1) aus extrudiertem Aluminium gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese eine mit den Ausströmventilen (3) verbundene und die Ausströmventile (3) steuernde Fernsteuerungseinrichtung umfasst, welche einen Rechner (9), einen mit dem Rechner (9) verbundenen Sensor (6) zur Messung des Farbniveaus, eine mit dem Rechner (9) verbundene Stelleinrichtung (10) zum Antrieb-der Ausströmventile (3) sowie mit dem Rechner (9) verbundene Mittel (11, 12) zur Voreinstellung eines gewünschten Farbniveaus umfasst. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (1) als ein flacher Grundkörper ausgebildet ist, bei welchem die Farbkammern (8) in einer Ebene angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (1) eine im Wesentlichen quadratische oder rechteckige Querschnittsform aufweist, wobei die Farbkammern (8) paarweise übereinanderliegend angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass insgesamt vier Farbkammern (8) vorgesehen sind, von denen jeder eine entsprechende Farbe zugeführt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den vier Farbkammern Schwarz, Magenta, Zyan und gelbe Druckfarbe zugeführt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vielzahl von Farbkammern (8) insgesamt vier Farbkammern (8) umfasst, von denen einer jeden eine entsprechende Farbe zugeführt wird, und dass jede der vier Farbkammern (8) in vier Segmentkammern unterteilt ist, von denen jede mit einem zugeordneten Ausströmventil (3) verbunden ist.
