Claims (7)
- Pompe, en particulier pompe de circulation pour appareils électroménagers tels que des lave-vaisselle, dont le corps de pompe est fixé au carter de moteur d'un moteur d'entraînement et comporte un espace intérieur de pompe en forme de cylindre, conçu pour une roue de pompe équipée d'ailettes, un raccord d'aspiration débouchant à l'intérieur de l'espace creux de la pompe, du côté frontal, et le corps de pompe étant constitué d'une partie supérieures de corps de pompe, en forme de pot et portant le raccord d'aspiration ainsi que le raccord de pression, et d'une partie inférieure de corps de pompe conçu comme un porte-joint, permettant d'isoler le corps de pompe par rapport au carter d'entraînement, qui par déformation élastique s'appuie sur une flasque du moteur située côté pompe,
caractérisée en ce que
la flasque côté pompe (17) comporte, sur sa face frontale (59) qui est tournée vers la partie inférieure de corps de pompe (15), plusieurs mandrins de support espacés dans le sens du pourtour, sur lesquels la partie inférieure de corps de pompe (15) s'appuie de telle façon qu'un espace intermédiaire (55) est formé entre la flasque (17) côté pompe et la partie inférieure de corps de pompe (15), pour l'aération côté pompe du moteur d'entraînement (7). - Pompe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie inférieure de corps de pompe (15) est conçue de manière élastique et comporte une surface d'appui annulaire (57) pour les mandrins de support (61) ainsi qu'un tourillon (65) disposé concentriquement par rapport à la surface d'appui (57), dont l'extrémité libre (67) est logée dans un évidement de tourillon (69) situé dans la surface frontale (71) de la flasque (17).
- Pompe selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'espace intermédiaire (55) est agrandi par un renfoncement annulaire (105) situé entre les surfaces de butée (57) et le tourillon (67) de la partie inférieure de corps de pompe (15), qui repose sur l'entrefer (107) en forme de cylindre, entre les mandrins de support (61).
- Pompe selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le tourillon (65) comporte un renfoncement en forme de pot (73) à partir de l'espace intérieur de la pompe (25), dans la surface de fond (75) de laquelle est disposée un orifice de passage (77) destiné à l'arbre d'entraînement (43) du moteur d'entraînement (7).
- Pompe selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le bord d'ouverture (85) de la partie supérieure de corps de pompe (9) comporte un renfoncement de bord annulaire (87), dans lequel peut être introduite une bride de palier (89) de façon étanche, et en ce qu'une bague d'étanchéité (93) est montée en appui dans la surface circonférentielle extérieure (91) du renfoncement de bord (87), qui d'autre part s'appuie radialement par sa surface circonférentielle intérieure (95) sur une surface d'enveloppe (97) réduite et étagée, disposée devant la bride de palier cylindrique (89) de la partie inférieure de corps de pompe (15).
- Pompe selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les bords de la partie supérieure de corps de pompe (9) et le carter de moteur (85) possèdent cames de fermeture (101, 103) attribuées les unes aux autres, qui s'engagent les unes dans les autres, par rotation contraire, à la façon d'une fermeture à baïonnette.
- Pompe selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la transition entre la surface circonférentielle intérieure (109) de la partie supérieure de corps de pompe (9) en forme de pot et le canal d'évacuation (13) de la pompe présente des arêtes vives.
