Claims (8)

  1. Anlasser (10) für einen Verbrennungsmotor, insbesondere für einen Kraftfahrzeugmotor, umfassend eine elektromagnetische Betätigungseinrichtung (14) und einen Elektromotor (16) mit parallelen Achsen (A2, A1), die an einem Gestell des Anlassers (10) mit wenigstens einer Anlassernase (12) befestigt sind, die eine Abschlußkappe bildet, die das Ende des Ausgangsorgans (50) der elektromagnetischen Betätigungseinrichtung (14) und das vordere freie Ende einer Ausgangswelle (32) umgibt, die durch den Elektromotor (16) angetrieben wird und die eine Einspurvorrichtung (36) trägt, und umfassend einen Betätigungshebel (40), der die axialen Bewegungen der Einspurvorrichtung (36) bewirkt, die drehbar um eine Achse (A3) gelagert ist, die in etwa senkrecht zu den Achsen (A2, A1 ) des Motors (16) und der elektromagnetischen Betätigungseinrichtung (14) verläuft und deren Querenden jeweils drehbar in einem aus zwei Teilen bestehenden Lager gelagert sind, das einen an der Anlassemase (12) angebrachten ersten Lagerteil (64) und einen formschlüssigen zweiten Lagerteil (66) umfaßt, der gegenüber in einer mit dem Gehäuse (17) des Motors (16) und/oder mit dem Gehäuse (15) der elektromagnetischen Betätigungseinrichtung (14) verbundenen Stützvorrichtung (82) des Betätigungshebels (40) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützvorrichtung (82) des Hebels (40) einen ringförmigen Querkranz (100) umfaßt, der mit einem formschlüssigen vorderen Teil der elektromagnetischen Betätigungseinrichtung zusammenwirkt.
  2. Anlasser (10) nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringkranz (100) axial zwischen dem vorderen Teil der elektromagnetischen Betätigungseinrichtung (14) und dem hinteren freien Ende der Anlassemase (12) angeordnet und axial zusammengedrückt eingebaut ist, um die Abdichtung zwischen diesen beiden Elementen sicherzustellen.
  3. Anlasser (10) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innendurchmesser des Ringkranzes (100) dem Durchmesser des formschlüssigen vorderen Teils der elektromagnetischen Betätigungseinrichtung (14) entspricht und d a ß beim Zusammenbau des Anlassers (10) der Ringkranz (100) den vorderen Teil der elektromagnetischen Betätigungseinrichtung (14) radial umgibt, um die Zentrierung der elektromagnetischen Betätigungseinrichtung (14) sicherzustellen.
  4. Anlasser (10) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringkranz (100) wenigstens einen Positionierstift (106) umfaßt, der sich axial nach hinten erstreckt und der beim Zusammenbau des Anlassers (10) mit wenigstens einem formschlüssigen Loch (108) der Betätigungseinrichtung (14) zusammenwirkt, so daß die elektromagnetische Betätigungseinrichtung (14) im Verhältnis zum Ringkranz (100) winklig vorpositioniert ist.
  5. Anlasser (10) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringkranz (100) mehrere Positionierstifte (106) umfaßt, die winklig nicht gleichmäßig verteilt sind.
  6. Anlasser (10) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bzw. die Positionierstifte (106) eine kegelstumpfartige Form und einen Basisdurchmesser haben, der größer als der Durchmesser ihres formschlüssigen Lochs (108) ist.
  7. Anlasser (10) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringkranz (100) Mittel umfaßt, um beim Zusammenbau des Anlassers den Körper einer Schraube (104) für den Zusammenbau der elektromagnetischen Betätigungseinrichtung (14) und der Anlassemase (12) zu halten, so daß sich das freie Gewindeende der Schraube gegenüber einer zu seiner Aufnahme bestimmten Gewindeöffnung befindet.
  8. Anlasser (10) nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel, um den Körper der Schraube (104) zu halten, zwei Lippen (110) sind, die sich vom Umfang des Ringkranzes (100) aus radial nach außen erstrecken und die einen Abstand in etwa gleich dem Durchmesser der Schraube (104) aufweisen.
