Claims (19)
- Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Garofens mit einer Ofenmuffel, bei dem zur Reinigung der Ofenmuffel die Ofenmuffel unter Verwendung eines einzubringenden chemischen Reinigungsmittels programmgesteuert auf eine Solltemperatur aufgeheizt wird, wonach bei erreichter Solltemperatur ein akustisches und/oder optisches Signal ausgegeben wird, das die Möglichkeit des Einbringens des Reinigungsmittels anzeigt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufheizen auf die Solltemperatur mittels eines Heißluft- bzw. Umluftgebläses erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Erreichen der Solltemperatur zunächst die Luft im Innern der Ofenmuffel für eine bestimmte Zeit zur Ermöglichung eines Temperaturausgleichs umgewälzt wird, wonach das Signal gegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Umwälzen der Luft das Heißluftgebläse, das im Umluftbetrieb betrieben, wird, verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Solltemperatur voreingestellt oder wählbar ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Solltemperatur zwischen 80 °C und 100 °C, insbesondere bei ca. 90 °C, liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das akustische und/oder optische Signal über einen Summer und/oder eine Leuchte, insbesondere eine Ofenleuchte zur Beleuchtung der Ofenmuffel oder eine gesonderte Leuchte außerhalb der Ofenmuffel, ausgegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach der Ausgabe des akustischen und/oder optischen Signals die Ofenmuffel für eine vorbestimmte oder einstellbare Zeitdauer weiter beheizt wird, insbesondere auf der Solltemperatur gehalten wird.
- Garofen, umfassend wenigstens eine Heizeinrichtung zum Aufheizen der Ofenmuffel des Garofens, eine Steuerungseinrichtung mit einem Steuerungsprogramm zum Steuern des Betriebs der Heizeinrichtung derart, dass die Heizeinrichtung solange betrieben wird, bis in und/oder an der Ofenmuffel eine Solltemperatur erreicht ist, sowie wenigstens ein Anzeigemittel zum Ausgeben eines akustischen und/oder optischen Signals nach Erreichen der Solltemperatur.
- Garofen nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Garofen-wenigstens einen Temperatursensor für die Ermittlung der Ist-Temperatur aufweist.
- Garofen nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Temperatursensor die Lufttemperatur im Innern der Ofenmuffel oder die Temperatur wenigstens einer Wand der Ofenmuffel misst.
- Garofen nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Solltemperatur voreingestellt oder wählbar ist.
- Garofen nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizeinrichtung als Heißluftoder Umluftgebläse ausgebildet ist.
- Garofen nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizeinrichtung über die Steuerungseinrichtung für eine vorbestimmte Zeit im Umwälzbetrieb ohne weitere Lufterwärmung zum Umwälzen der Luft in der Ofenmuffel steuerbar ist.
- Garofen nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anzeigemittel als Summer ausgebildet ist.
- Garofen nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder ein weiteres Anzeigemittel als Leuchte ausgebildet ist.
- Garofen nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als das oder ein weiteres Anzeigemittel eine zum Beleuchten der Ofenmuffel Garofenleuchte ansteuerbar ist.
- Garofen nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerungsprogramm der Steuerungseinrichtung zum Steuern des Betriebs der Heizeinrichtung einen zusätzlichen Programmschritt aufweist, bei dem die Heizeinrichtung auch nach der Ausgabe des akustischen und/oder optischen Signals die Ofenmuffel für eine vorbestimmte oder einstellbare Zeitdauer betrieben wird, insbesondere um die Ofenmuffel weiter auf der Solltemperatur zu halten.
- Garofen nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Garofen einen Wahlschalter zum Anwählen des Reinigungsprogramms aufweist.
