Claims (6)
- Stauchwerkzeug (1) zur Verformung stranggegossener Brammen (2) in Stauchpressen mit mindestens einer zur Transportrichtung (3) der Bramme geneigt verlaufenden Stauchfläche (5) und einer zur Transportrichtung (3) der Bramme und zu deren Längsseitenflächen (7) parallel verlaufenden Stauchfläche (4), wobei die Stauchflächen (4, 5) mit einem Neigungswinkel α jeweils aneinander anschliessen, und das Stauchwerkzeug (1) sowohl plane Stauchflächen (4, 5) als auch Kaliber-Stauchflächen (6, 6') aufweist, die an dem Stauchwerkzeug übereinander angeordnet sind, und deren Neigungswinkel α der planen Stauchflächen (4, 5) und der Kaliberstauchflächen (6, 6') einander entsprechen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zur Transportrichtung (3) der Bramme (2) parallele Kaliber-Stauchfläche (6') und die parallele plane Stauchfläche (4) an eine gemeinsame, geneigte, endständige Planfläche (8) anschliessen. - Stauchwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kaliber-Stauchflächen (6, 6') des Stauchwerkzeugs (1) bezogen auf die Brammenlängsseiten (7) oberhalb der planen Stauchflächen (4, 5) angeordnet sind. - Stauchwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kaliber-Stauchflächen (6, 6') im Querschnitt gesehen im wesentlichen eine zur Brammenlängsseite (7) hin offene U-Form aufweisen. - Stauchwerkzeug nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die U-förmigen Kaliber-Stauchflächen (6, 6') aus einer ebenen Grundfläche (6") und zwei geneigt sich nach außen öffnenden Schenkelflächen (6'") gebildet sind. - Stauchwerkzeug nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Öffnungsmaß der Kaliber-Stauchflächen (6, 6') kleiner oder größer ist als die Brammendicke. - Stauchwerkzeug nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mit einem Werkzeughalter (9) der Stauchpresse verbunden ist und mit diesem senkrecht und parallel zur Längsseitenfläche (7) der Bramme (2) auf- und abwärts (Pfeil 10) in eine alternative Preßposition zur Bramme (2) in der Weise bewegbar ist, daß die Bramme (2) entweder mit den planen Stauchflächen (4, 5) (Preßposition 11) oder mit der Kaliber-Stauchflächen (6, 6') (Preßposition 12) breitenreduzierbar ist.
