- Einarbeiten einer Ausnehmung in einem Kopf eines ein Vollkopfprofil aufweisenden Konstruktionsprofils im Bereich vorzusehender Rille,
- Ausfüllen der Ausnehmung mit verschleißfestem Material und
- Ausbilden der Rille, deren Verlauf die Ausnehmung schneidet.

- Fig. 2
- eine vergrößerte Darstellung des Kopfes der Rillenschiene gemäß Fig. 1 vor Einarbeiten einer Rille.
Claims (10)
- Rillengleisabschnitt wie Rillenschiene (10) oder Rillenschienenherzstück mit insbesondere schweißtechnisch vergüteter Rillenkante oder -flanke (32, 34) wie Fahr- oder Leitkante (20, 21),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gleisabschnitt aus einem Konstruktionsprofil mit Vollkopfprofil besteht, in dessen Kopf (24) im Bereich der Kante (20, 21) zumindest eine eingearbeitete Ausnehmung (28, 30) mit verschleißfestem Material ausgefüllt ist, wobei die die ausgefüllte Ausnehmung schneidende Rille (18) nach Ausfüllen der Ausnehmung ausgebildet ist. - Rillengleisabschnitt nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung oder Aussparung wie Nut (28, 30) durch Auftragsschweißen ausgefüllt ist. - Rillengleisabschnitt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung oder Aussparung (28, 30) mehrlagig mit gegebenenfalls voneinander abweichenden Materialeigenschaften ausgebildet ist. - Rillengleisabschnitt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (28, 30) mit einer Tiefe t mit 10 mm ≤ t ≤ 30 mm, insbesondere t in etwa 20 mm in den Schienenkopf (24) eingearbeitet ist. - Rillengleisabschnitt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (28, 30) mit einer Breite b mit 3 mm ≤ b ≤ 15 mm, insbesondere b in etwa 10 mm in den Kopf (24) eingearbeitet ist. - Verfahren zum Vergüten einer Rillenkante oder -flanke eines Rillengleisabschnitts mit verschleißfestem Material gekennzeichnet durch die Verfahrensschritte:Einarbeiten zumindest einer Ausnehmung in einen Kopf eines ein Vollkopfprofil aufweisenden Konstruktionsprofils im Bereich vorzusehender Rillen- kante oder -flanke,Ausfüllen der Ausnehmung mit verschleißfestem Material undAusbilden der Rille, deren Verlauf die Ausnehmung schneidet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung wie Nut durch Auftragsschweißen ausgefüllt wird. - Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung mehrlagig ausgefüllt wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung mit einer Tiefe t mit 10 mm ≤ t ≤ 30 mm, insbesondere t in etwa 20 mm und/oder mit einer Breite b mit in etwa 3 mm ≤ b ≤ 15 mm, insbesondere b in etwa 10 mm in den Kopf eingearbeitet wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem zum Auftragen benutzten Schweißmaterial verschleißfeste Zusatzwerkstoffe zugegeben werden und/oder dass die Ausnehmung wie Nut mehrlagig ausgefüllt wird.
