Claims (9)
- Gegerbtes Leder aller Art zur Verwendung auf dem gesamten Gebiet der Lederverarbeitung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus Proteinfasern bestehende Oberfläche des Leders sowie die darunter befindlichen das Gerüst bildenden Kollagenfasern mit einer die Poren offen lassenden Schutzschicht ummantelt sind. - Verfahren zur Veredlung von gegerbtem Leder aller Art nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leder als Substrat einer Plasmabehandlung im Reaktor unter Atmosphärendruck ausgesetzt ist, wobei das Matrixmaterial vernebelt vom Plasmastrom getragen und mit großer Energie auf das Substrat auf- und eingetragen wird. - Verfahren zur Veredlung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mittels eines inerten Reaktionsgases im Reaktor aktiviert und/oder gereinigt wird. - Verfahren zur Veredlung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Plasmareaktor Silikon als Matrixmaterial verwendet ist. - Verfahren zur Veredlung nach Anspruch 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Matrixmaterial im Reaktor Polyurethan verwendet ist. - Verfahren zur Veredlung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Matrixmaterial mit Titanoxyd dotiertes Indium (ITO) verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Matrixmaterial als Flüssigkeit in den Gasstrom des Reaktors gegeben wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß pulvriges Matrixmaterial dem Gasstrom des Reaktors zugesetzt wird. - Verfahren zur Veredlung nach Anspruch 2 in Verbindung mit einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Spannungsfeld des Reaktors eine gepulste Spannung überlagert ist, wobei die Frequenz der einzelnen Pulse im Ultraschallbereich und die Spitzenspannung im Kiloelektronenvoltbereich angesiedelt sind.
