Claims (7)
- Tragwalzen-Wickelmaschine zum Aufwickeln von Papier- oder Kartonbahnen (2) zu Wickelrollen (1) mit einer Längsschneideeinrichtung (9) zum Aufteilen der Papier- oder Kartonbahnen (2) in Einzelbahnen und zwei Tragwalzen (6, 7), auf denen die Wickelrollen (1) beim Aufwickeln aufliegen, wobei die Einzelbahnen den Wickelrollen (1) über die einlaufseitige Tragwalze (6) zugeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit Abstand vor der einlaufseitigen Tragwalze (6) eine Zugunterbrechungseinrichtung angeordnet ist, die eine angetriebene Walze (8) enthält und das die auslaufseitige Tragwalze (7) mit einem Drehantrieb verbunden ist und die einlaufseitige Tragwalze (6) frei drehbar gelagert ist.
- Tragwalzen-Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine oder beide Tragwalzen (6, 7) einen verformbaren Belag aufweisen.
- Tragwalzen-Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsschneideeinrichtung (9) zwischen der Zugunterbrechungseinrichtung und der einlaufseitigen Tragwalze (6) angeordnet ist.
- Tragwalzen-Wickelmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzelbahnen den Wickelrollen (1) von außen über die einlaufseitige Tragwalze (6) zugeführt werden.
- Tragwalzen-Wickelmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Tragwalzen (6, 7) einen unterschiedlichen Durchmesser aufweisen, insbesondere der Durchmesser der einlaufseitigen Tragwalze (6) geringer ist als der der auslaufseitigen Tragwalze (7).
- Tragwalzen-Wickelmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheitellinie der einlaufseitigen Tragwalze (6) oberhalb der Scheitellinie der auslaufseitigen Tragwalze (7) verläuft.
- Tragwalzen-Wickelmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der von den Wickelrollen (1) und den beiden Tragwalzen (6, 7) begrenzte Raum abgedichtet und an eine Druckluftzufuhr angeschlossen ist, um einen Überdruck unterhalb der Wickelrollen (1) zu erzeugen.
