Claims (8)
- Gleiseindeckung, welche aus zwischen die beiden Schienen (2) eines Gleises (1) eingefügten Eindeckungsplatten (3) und gegebenenfalls auch aus außen an diese Schienen anschließend verlegten Eindeckungsplatten (4) gebildet ist, welche Eindeckungsplatten (3, 4) aus einem Verbundwerkstoff bestehen und zumindest an einem einer Schiene (2) zugewandten Rand (13, 13', 13") mit Stütznasen (5) versehen sind, welche unter Einfügung elastischer Beilagen (6) in die seitliche Ausnehmung (7) der betreffenden Schiene (2) eingreifen, wobei der Verbundwerkstoff aus mehreren miteinander vermengten Komponenten gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die zwischen die beiden Schienen (2) des Gleises (1) eingefügten Eindeckungsplatten (3) die Form eines quer zur Schienenlängsrichtung (8) verlaufenden U-Profils aufweisen, das aus einer im Wesentlichen ebenen Deckwand (9) und an deren quer zur Schienenlängsrichtung (8) verlaufenden Querrändern (10) angeordneten, von der Deckwand (9) nach unten abstehenden Flanschrippen (11, 11') gebildet ist, wobei die in mindestens eine der Schienen (2) eingreifenden Stütznasen (5) nur durch die Flanschrippenenden (12) gebildet sind, welche an jenen Längsrand (13, 13', 13") der Deckwand (9), der in Längsrichtung (8) der betreffenden Schiene (2) verläuft, angrenzen.
- Gleiseindeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an mindestens einem Längsrand (13, 13') der Deckwand (9) eine Lippe (19) angeordnet ist, deren Dicke geringer ist als die Dicke der Deckwand (9) und welche von der einen Flanschrippe (11) zur anderen Flanschrippe (11') reicht und unter der an der Innenseite der angrenzenden Schiene (2) freigehaltenen Spurkranzrille (18) verlaufend an einer in die benachbarte seitliche Ausnehmung (7) der angrenzenden Schiene eingefügten elastischen Beilage (6) anliegt.
- Gleiseindeckung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lippe (19) aus einem nachgiebig biegsamen Material besteht.
- Gleiseindeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleiseindeckung Eindeckungsplatten (3, 4) aufweist, welche nur an einem Längsrand (13, 13', 13") mit Stütznasen (5) versehen sind.
- Gleiseindeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleiseindeckung Eindeckungsplatten (3) aufweist, welche nur an einem Längsrand (13) mit Stütznasen (5) versehen sind und deren Flanschrippen (11, 11') im Abstand von diesem Längsrand (13) zum anderen Längsrand (13') hin eine größere Höhe aufweisen als am den Stütznasen (5) benachbarten Längsrand (13).
- Gleiseindeckung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flanschrippen (11, 11') in dem eine größere Höhe aufweisenden Abschnitt (24) an ihrer Unterseite elastische Abstützungen (25) aufweisen.
- Gleiseindeckung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Abstützungen (25) höhenverstellbar sind.
- Gleiseindeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbundwerkstoff eine Bewehrung (14, 15) enthält.
