Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for treatment of webs, in particular for drying textiles Goods webs, according to the preamble of the claim 1 and a method for treating webs according to the generic term of claim 8.
- Such devices usually contain a housing with several between a housing start and a Housing end arranged treatment fields, wherein the web in the expanded state from the beginning of the housing to the housing end in the longitudinal direction of the housing by the Housing is transported.
- There are also facilities for supplying fresh air into the housing as well Devices for removing exhaust air, in particular for Extracting moisture-laden exhaust air from the Housing provided.
- the web is mostly via upper and lower nozzle boxes with a circulating Treated gas flow.
- the cross flow system is used in every treatment field Fresh air is supplied to the web as part of the recirculating air crosses and the vaporized from the web Absorbs water, leaving the one loaded with moisture Exhaust air is extracted in every treatment field.
- this system has the disadvantage that the water content only slightly in all treatment zones differs from the water content of the exhaust air and therefore inside the dryer is relatively high.
- the fresh air is at the beginning of the housing fed and discharged at the end of the housing and thus flows in cocurrent with the web through the individual treatment fields.
- the exhaust air is discharged in the middle of the dryer and the fresh air through the inlet and outlet slots fed, one speaks of a co-countercurrent system, in which the web is initially in direct current and then in counterflow to the air through the Housing is transported.
- the invention is therefore based on the object Device according to the preamble of claim 1 and the method according to the preamble of the claim 8 to develop further so that a gentler Web treatment is enabled.
- the exhaust air discharge devices are in the inlet area and outlet field arranged.
- the web inlet and / or web outlet slot Sensors for measuring the outflows there Air available.
- the sensors are available with controllers Setting an air overpressure in the housing in connection. By setting a low air pressure The intake of false air can be found in the housing significantly reduce or exclude.
- the exhaust air can be the amount of exhaust air the discharge devices depending on the moisture content regulate. In this way, the for select the optimal moisture determined by the method.
- a particularly preferred regulation of the device is to see that the exhaust air control is dependent the humidity and the fresh air control depending of the overpressure can take place separately from one another and thus an optimal humidity or a targeted overpressure can be maintained.
- Means for supporting the Goods web are provided, for example, as Air table to support the web by targeted Air exposure can be formed.
- the device usually has means of transport through which the web is spread out Condition on their long edges held by the case is transported.
