Claims (5)
- Schaufelschloss für die Beschaufelung einer Turbine axialer Bauart, wobei die Schaufeln (3) formschlüssig in einer hinterschnittenen Schaufelnut (2) des Turbinenläufers (1) eingesetzt sind, wobei die Schaufelnut (2) mit mindestens einer Einfädelstelle (7) in Verbindung steht und wobei in der Einfädelstelle (7) ein mit dem Schaufelfuß (6) der Schaufeln (3) formschlüssiges Füllstück (8) und ein Keil (9) eingesetzt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der das Füllstück (8) aufnehmende Querschnitt der Einfädelstelle (7) sich ausgehend von der Schaufelnut (2) konisch erweitert und dass der Querschnitt des Füllstückes (8) dem Querschnitt der Einfädelstelle (7) angepasst ist.
- Schaufelschloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände der Einfädelstelle (7) unter einem Winkel zu der Schaufelnut (2) verlaufen.
- Schaufelschloss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände der Einfädelstelle (7) mit der Längsachse der Schaufel (3) in axialer Richtung einen Winkel (α1, α2) einschließen.
- Schaufelschloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Keil (9) durch Madenschrauben (10) in dem Turbinenläufer (1) gesichert ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schaufelschlosses nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Drehen der Schaufelnut (2) das bis auf die Schaufelnutkontur vorgefertige Füllstück (8) in die vorbereitete Einfädelstelle (7) eingesetzt und durch den Keil (9) festgelegt wird, dass die Schaufelnutkontur in die Schaufelnut (2) und gleichzeitig in das Füllstück (8) eingearbeitet wird, dass das Füllstück (8) und der Keil (9) aus der Einfädelstelle (7) herausgenommen werden und dass danach der Turbinenläufer (1) mit-den Schaufeln (3) bestückt wird und die Schaufeln (3) durch das Schaufelschloss in der Schaufelnut (2) gesichert werden.
