Claims (11)

  1. Hinge fitting for a door (1), window or the like of the pivoting-and-tiltable type defined by a door- or window-frame (4) provided with a peripheral capping rim (5) capable of being applied against the inner side (6) of a sash-frame (2) when closing said door (1) or window, this hinge fitting (3) including a fixed portion (11) made integral, through fastening means (16), of said sash-frame (2) and provided with a blade (13) designed so as to co-operate, through a hinging means (15), with at least one blade (14, 14') corresponding to a movable portion (12), positioned within the thickness (32) of said capping rim (5) of the door- or window-frame (4) and made integral with the latter (4) through appropriate means (35, 40), characterised in that said fastening means (16) for the fixed portion are defined by at least one fastening plate (17) designed capable of being inserted against the inner side (6) of a stile and/or a rail of the sash-frame (2), behind the capping rim (5) corresponding to the door- or window-frame (4) in closed position of the latter, on this fastening plate (17) being mounted a supporting plate (22) adjustable, through appropriate setting means (23), in at least one direction of the plane (P) of the door (1) or window.
  2. Hinge fitting according to claim 1, characterised in that the blade (13) of the fixed portion (11) includes a bushing (29) defined by a winding-up of the free end (30) of said blade (13).
  3. Hinge fitting according to claim 2, characterised in that the bushing (29) of the blade (13) of the fixed portion (11) has an axis coinciding with the axis of pivoting (X) of the door- or window-frame (4) against the sash-frame (2) and in that this blade (13) includes a set-back (31) capable of offsetting the axis of pivoting (X) of this door-or window-frame (4) at the level of the capping rim (5) of the latter.
  4. Hinge fitting according to any of claims 2 or 3, characterised in that the winding-up and/or the set-back (31), as the case may be, are defined in the extension of the supporting plate (22).
  5. Hinge fitting according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the setting means (23) are defined, on the one hand, by means for slideably mounting (24) and, on the other hand, by means for controlling and immobilising (25) the supporting plate (22) with respect to the fastening plate (17).
  6. Hinge fitting according to claim 5, characterised in that the setting means (23) are completed with means for laterally guiding (26) the supporting plate (22) with respect to the fastening plate (17).
  7. Hinge fitting according to any of the preceding claims, in which the blade (14) of the movable portion (12) has a bushing-like configuration (34) at the level of which this movable portion (12) co-operates with the blade (13) of the fixed portion (11) through the hinging means, characterised in that the bushing (34) of the movable portion (12) includes at least one opening for the passing through of fastening means (35) such as a screw designed capable of being accommodated within the thickness (32) of the capping rim (5) in a direction including a component parallel to the plane (P') of the door- or window-frame (4).
  8. Hinge fitting according to claim 7, characterised in that the blade (14) of the movable portion (12) is completed with a shoe (39) extending, on the one hand, perpendicularly to the axis of the bushing (34) of this blade (14) and, on the other hand, in the fillister (37) of the lower rail of the door- or window-frame (4), the latter resting on said shoe (39).
  9. Hinge fitting according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the movable portion (12) includes at least one blade (14, 14') having a bushing-like configuration (34, 41) defined by a winding-up of the free end (42) of said blade (14, 14').
  10. Hinge fitting according to claim 9, characterised in that the blade or blades (14, 14') include a set-back (43) capable of offsetting the axis of pivoting (X) of the door- or window-frame (4) at the level of the capping rim (5) of the latter.
  11. Hinge fitting according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the blade or blades ( 14, 14') of the movable portion (12) as well as the blade (13) of the fixed portion (11) are capable of being accommodated within the thickness (32) of the capping rim (5) of the door- or window-frame (4), at the level of a recess (33), namely defined by a recessed shape this capping rim (5) has, this in position of opening in the French way of the door (1) or the like or of closing of the same.
