- in sehr schematischer Weise eine Prinzipdarstellung einer Metallstrangpresse in Rahmenbauart mit an den Aufnehmerhalter und den Laufholm angreifenden Hilfszylindereinheiten; und

- als Einzelheit einer wie in Fig. 1 gezeigt Hilfszylindereinheiten aufweisenden Metallstrangpresse ein vereinfachtes Schaltbild einer Differentialschaltung zur Rückbewegung bzw. zum Auseinanderfahren der Presse im Eilgang.
Claims (1)
- Antriebsanordnung zur Rückbewegung von Aufnehmerhalter und Laufholm einer Metallstrangpresse mit einer oder mehreren zwischen einem Zylinderholm und einem Gegenholm wirkenden, die Preßkraft aufbringenden Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten sowie dem Aufnehmerhalter und dem einen Preßstempel tragenden Laufholm zugeordneten Aufnehmer- bzw. Laufholm-Hilfszylindereinheiten, wobei die ringflächenseitigen Zylinderräume der Aufnehmer-Hilfszylindereinheiten druckbeaufschlagt und ihre kolbenflächenseitigen Zylinderräume mit einem Tank verbunden sind, die Aufnehmer-Hilfszylindereinheiten in einer ersten Ansteuerphase den Aufnehmerhalter auf mechanischem Kontakt mit dem Laufholm fahren und danach den Laufholm mittels des Aufnehmerhalters in die Endposition schieben,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während dieser Rückbewegung die ringflächenseitigen Zylinderräume (9a) der Aufnehmer-Hilfszylindereinheiten (9) über ihre Druckölversorgung gleichzeitig sowohl an die ringflächenseitigen Zylinderräume (12b) als auch an die kolbenflächenseitigen Zylinderräume (12a) der Laufholm-Hilfszylindereinheiten (12) angeschlossen sind.
