Description
L'utilisation du panneau d'écoutille perfectionné 1 selon l'invention est très simple et est telle qu'indiquée ci-après.
Claims (13)
- Panneau d'écoutille perfectionné du type à être appliqué sur les rebords du compartiment marchandises d'un bateau (4), caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par au moins deux parties (8 - 12, 26 - 31 ou 32), qui sont à même de se déplacer l'une par rapport à l'autre dans la direction longitudinale du panneau d'écoutille (1), c'est à dire une plaque (8, 26) et un élément coulissant (12, 31 ou 32) à une seule ou à chaque extrémité (9 - 11 ; 29 - 30) de la plaque, si bien que l'on peut adapter la longueur de ce panneau d'écoutille (1) jusqu'à une distance de quelques centimètres devant les rebords du compartiment marchandises (4) du bateau (4), de façon à ce que la réduction de la largeur de la coursive entre l'extrémité libre du panneau d'écoutille et le côté externe du bateau peut être minimalisée, et en ce que chaque élément coulissant (12, 31 ou 32) est relié à la plaque (8, 26) à l'aide de moyens de guidage (13 - 15, respectivement 33 - 34) d'une part, et à l'aide de moyens de réglage (19 à 24, respectivement 41 à 44) d'autre part.
- Panneau d'écoutille perfectionné selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties (8 - 12, 26 - 31 - 32) sont munies d'un bord replié vers le bas (10 - 17, 38 - 39).
- Panneau d'écoutille perfectionné selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par une plaque (8) qui est munie, à une de ses extrémités, d'un bord replié vers le bas (10), tandis que l'autre extrémité (11) de la plaque (8) est munie d'un élément coulissant (12) par rapport à cette plaque (8), qui présente également un bord replié vers le bas (17).
- Panneau d'écoutille perfectionné selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le panneau d'écoutille (1) est muni, aux deux extrémités (9 - 11, 29 - 30) de la plaque (8) de l'élément coulissant précité (12, 31 - 32).
- Panneau d'écoutille perfectionné selon l'une quelconque revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de guidage (13 - 15) sont formés par un ou plusieurs tenons (13) qui traversent respectivement, d'une part une mortaise (14) pratiquée dans un des éléments et, d'autre part une fente (15) pratiquée dans l'autre élément.
- Panneau d'écoutille perfectionné selon l'une quelconque revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les moyens de guidage (33 - 34) sont formés par des dents (33) qui sont insérées dans des guidages en U (34) qui sont prévus sur la plaque (26).
- Panneau d'écoutille perfectionné selon l'une quelconque revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les moyens de réglage (19 à 23) sont constitués, d'une part par une série de saillies (19) qui sont fixées sur l'élément coulissant (12) et qui sont munis respectivement d'un trou (20) et, d'autre part par un rebord (21) qui fait partie de la plaque (8), dans lequel on prévoit une série de trous taraudés (22), de telle sorte que les trous (20) pratiqués dans les saillies (19) et les trous taraudés (22) pratiqués dans le rebord (21) sont disposés en position coaxiale, un boulon (23) étant inséré à travers le trou précité (20), ledit boulon (23) coopérant avec le trou taraudé correspondant (22).
- Panneau d'écoutille perfectionné selon l'une quelconque revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les moyens de réglage (41 à 43) sont constitués par une série de saillies (41) qui sont fixées sur l'élément coulissant (31 - 32), dans lesquelles on prévoit des trous (42) qui sont disposés en position coaxiale avec des trous taraudés (37) pratiqués dans des profilés (35) qui sont prévus en dessous de la plaque (26) à hauteur des extrémités (29 - 30) de cette dernière, un boulon (43) étant inséré dans chaque saillie (41), qui coopère avec un trou taraudé correspondant (37).
- Panneau d'écoutille perfectionné selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le boulon (23, 43) est fixé à demeure en direction axiale par rapport à la saillie (19, 41), à l'aide d'une rondelle de blocage (24, 44) qui est insérée dans une rainure périphérique pratiquée dans le boulon (23, 43).
- Panneau d'écoutille perfectionné selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que chaque profilé (35) est muni d'un trou (36) et en ce que des saillies (45) sont fixées sur l'élément coulissant (31 - 32), dans lesquelles est insérée une tige de guidage (46), ladite tige de guidage (46) étant disposée en position coaxiale avec le trou précité (36) pratiqué dans le profilé (35).
- Panneau d'écoutille perfectionné selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on applique, sur toute la largeur du panneau d'écoutille (1) une ou plusieurs bandes d'étanchéisation (47) sur le côté inférieur des profilés (35), respectivement sur le côté inférieur de la plaque (8, 26), lesdites bandes d'étanchéisation (47) exerçant une pression contre les éléments coulissants respectifs (12, 31 - 32).
- Panneau d'écoutille perfectionné selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on applique, en dessous de chaque élément coulissant (12, 31 - 32) un écarteur (48), respectivement un profilé de renforcement, dont la hauteur est au moins égale à la hauteur des bords repliés (38 - 39).
- Panneau d'écoutille perfectionné selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (26) monte en épaisseur vers le centre et présente par conséquent une came (27), la plaque (26) étant profilée de telle sorte que l'on obtient des rigoles d'évacuation de l'eau (28) à des intervalles réguliers, dont la hauteur diminue progressivement depuis la came (27) du panneau d'écoutille (1) jusqu'aux deux extrémités (29 - 30) de ce dernier.
