Claims (12)
- Reinigungsvorrichtung für eine Walze einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einer an die zu reinigende Walze anstellbaren Rakel, einer die von der Walze abgerakelte Flüssigkeit auffangenden Wanne und einem Sammelbehälter, dem die abgerakelte Flüssigkeit aus der Wanne über eine Leitung zugeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wanne (9) durch eine in Bodennähe mündende Entleerungsleitung (11) mit dem Sammelbehälter (12) verbunden ist und daß in der Wanne (9) eine Fördereinrichtung angeordnet ist, durch die die abgerakelte Flüssigkeit periodisch oder kontinuierlich in die Entleerungsleitung (11) transportierbar ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung einen Schieber (13) aufweist, dessen Form an das Querschnittsprofil der Wanne (9) angepaßt ist und der mit Hilfe eines Linearantriebs (16, 17) in Längsrichtung in der Wanne (9) hin und her bewegbar ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (13) mit einem Abstreifer (14) versehen ist, der mit einer Abstreifkante an der Oberseite der Rakel (8) anliegt und beim Hin- und Herbewegen des Schiebers (13) Flüssigkeit von der Oberfläche der Rakel (8) abstreift.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wanne (9) an ihren beiden Enden an eine Entleerungsleitung (11) angeschlossene Öffnungen hat.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Linearantrieb des Schiebers (13) ein längs der Wanne (9) bewegliches Zugmittel (16), z.B. eine Kette, einen Riemen oder ein Seil aufweist, welches über geeignete Führungsmittel, wie Rollen oder dergleichen geführt ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Linearantrieb ein Spindel-Mutter-Getriebe vorgesehen ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Linearantrieb ein hydraulischer oder pneumatischer Hubzylinder oder ein elektrischer Linearantrieb vorgesehen ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein elektrischer Linearantrieb vorgesehen ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung aus einer drehend antreibbaren Förderschnecke (19) besteht, wobei der Boden der Wanne (9) eine an die Rotationskontur der Förderschnecke (19) angepaßte zylindrische Form hat.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gewendelte Wand der Förderschnecke (19) aus radial zur Drehachse angeordneten Borsten besteht, deren Enden den zylindrischen Boden der Wanne berühren.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Transport der abgerakelten Flüssigkeit durch die Entleerungs leitung (11) in den Sammelbehälter (12) eine Absaugeinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sammelbehälter (12) ein Einwegbehälter, z.B. eine Tüte aus Kunststoff ist, der zusammen mit der eingefüllten, abgerakelten Flüssigkeit entsorgt wird.
