Die Förderschnecke 19 kann an ihren beiden Enden oder auch nur an ihrem Antriebsende drehbar gelagert sein. In letzteren Falle erfolgt die Lagerung des freien Endes der Förderschnecke 19 durch den Boden der Wanne 9, wobei die gewendelte Wand der Förderschnecke 19 auf dem Boden lose aufliegt. Claims (12)

  1. Cleaning device for a roll of a rotary printing machine, having a doctor that can be set against the roll to be cleaned, a trough to collect liquid doctored off the roll and a collecting container, to which the liquid doctored off is fed from the trough via a line, characterized in that the trough (9) is connected to the collecting container (12) by an emptying line (11) that opens close to the bottom; and in that in the trough (9) there is arranged a conveying device, by means of which the liquid doctored off can be transported periodically or continuously into the emptying line (11).
  2. Cleaning device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the conveying device has a sliding plate (13) of which the shape is matched to the cross-sectional profile of the trough (9) and which can be moved to and fro in the longitudinal direction in the trough (9) with the aid of a linear drive (16, 17).
  3. Cleaning device according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the sliding plate (13) is provided with a wiper (14) which bears on the top side of the doctor (8) with a wiping edge and, during the to and fro movement of the sliding plate (13), wipes liquid off the surface of the doctor (8).
  4. Cleaning device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the trough (9) has openings connected to an emptying line (11) at both its ends.
  5. Cleaning device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the linear drive of the sliding plate (13) has a pulling means (16), for example a chain, a belt or a cable, which can be moved along the trough (9) and which is guided over suitable guide means, such as rollers or the like.
  6. Cleaning device according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the linear drive provided is a spindle-nut mechanism.
  7. Cleaning device according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the linear drive provided is a hydraulic or pneumatic reciprocating cylinder or an electric linear drive.
  8. Cleaning device according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that an electric linear drive is provided.
  9. Cleaning device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the conveying device comprises a screw conveyor (19) that can be driven in rotation, the bottom of the trough (9) having a cylindrical shape matched to the rotational contour of the screw conveyor (19).
  10. Cleaning device according to Claim 9, characterized in that the spiral wall of the screw conveyor (19) comprises bristles arranged radially with respect to the axis of rotation, the ends of which touch the cylindrical bottom of the trough.
  11. Cleaning device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, in order to transport the liquid doctored off through the emptying line (11) into the collecting container (12), an extraction device is provided.
  12. Cleaning device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the collecting container (12) is a disposable container, for example a plastic bag, which is disposed of together with the doctored-off liquid put in.
