Description
Aus der De 3905345 A1 ist eine Vorrichtung zum reibschlüssigen Antrieb eines Gegenstandes, insbesondere einer Trommel bekannt, bei der ein Antriebsrad und ein Andrückrad als Gegenrad zum Antriebsrad vorgesehen sind. Das Antriebsrad ist über ein Getriebe an einem Schwenkarm angeordnet, der außerdem den Motor aufnimmt. Über eine Hebelanordnung mit einer Federeinrichtung werden das Antriebsrad und das Andrückrad gegen die anzutreibende Trommel gedrückt.

Claims (10)
- Antriebsapparatur (1) für Drehtrommeln, insbesondere bei Waschmaschinen, Trockner und dergleichen, gekennzeichnet durchein, vorzugsweise zwei Antriebsrädern (2) zum Antrieb einer Trommel (17) durch Anlage der Antriebsräder (2) an der Zylinderoberfläche der Trommel (17);eine Antriebswelle (3), auf der die Antriebsräder (2) drehfest angeordnet sind;ein Motor (4), vorzugsweise Elektromotor, zum Antrieb der Antriebswelle (3); undeine Getriebevorrichtung (5) zur Übertragung des Antriebsdrehmoments vom Motor (4) zur Antriebswelle (3), wobei die Antriebsapparatur (1) weiterhin mindestens ein, vorzugsweise zwei oder mehrere Lagerschilder (6) umfasst, in denen die Antriebswelle (3) drehbar gelagert ist und die Mittel (7, 8) zur Lagerung der Antriebsapparatur (1) aufweisen,
- Antriebsapparatur (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (7, 8) zur Lagerung der Antriebsapparatur (1) feste Verbindungen, wie Schweiß-, Niet- und Schraubverbindungen, und Mittel zur beweglichen Anordnung wie Gleitlager-, Drehlagerverbindungen oder dergleichen umfassen.
- Antriebsapparatur (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (7, 8) zur Lagerung der Antriebsapparatur (1) eine Aufhängeachse (7) sowie eine Lagervorrichtung (8) umfaßt, durch welche das Lagerschild (6) schwenkbar an der Aufhängeachse (7) angeordnet ist.
- Antriebsapparatur (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsräder (2) durch eine Spannvorrichtung (14) auf der Antriebswelle (3) befestigt sind.
- Antriebsapparatur (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsräder (2) eine elastische Lauffläche (15), vorzugsweise aus Gummi, aufweisen.
- Antriebsapparatur (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Getriebevorrichtung (5) ein Zahnradgetriebe, ein Riemenantrieb oder ein Kettenantrieb ist.
- Drehtrommelvorrichtung miteinem Gehäuse (16),einer drehbar im Gehäuse (16) aufgenommenen Trommel (17) undeine Antriebsapparatur (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
- Drehtrommelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Lagerung der Antriebsapparatur (1) zwei, an gegenüberliegenden Wänden des Gehäuses (16) angeordnete Auflageßächen (18, 19) zur Aufnahme von an Lagerschildern (6) der Antriebsapparatur (1) vorgesehenen Mitteln (7) zur Lagerung der Antriebsapparatur (1) vorgesehen sind.
- Drehtrommelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsapparatur (1) über eine Aufhängeachse (7) gelagert ist, die einerseits mit Spannbügeln (20) am Gehäuse (16) lösbar befestigt ist und an der andererseits Lagerschilder (6) schwenkbar am Gehäuse (16) angeordnet sind, so dass die Antriebsräder (2) in eine Stellung verschwenkbar sind, in der sie nicht an der Trommel (17) anliegen.
- Drehtrommelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsapparatur (1) über eine oder mehrere in der Länge veränderbare Drehmomentstützen (9), die schwenkbar am Lagerschild (6) und lösbar am Gehäuse (16) angeordnet sind, so in Richtung der Trommel (17) bewegbar ist, daß die Antriebsräder (2) mit einem definierten und nachstellbaren Druck gegen die Trommel (17) gedrückt werden.
