Claims (26)
- Elektro-Speicherheizgerät mit einem vorzugsweise unten angeordnete Kaltlufteintrittsöffnungen (11) und vorzugsweise oben angeordnete Warmluftaustrittsöffnungen (12) aufweisenden Gehäuse (13), in welchem ein unten, oben und an allen Seiten von Isoliermaterial (16) umgebener, Luftführungskanäle (19, 19') aufweisender, aus Speichersteinen (14') bestehender Speicherkern (14) und diesen erwärmende, elektrische Heizelemente (15) untergebracht sind, wobei oberhalb des Speicherkerns (14) und des ihn umgebenden Isoliermaterials (16) ein Warmluftauffangraum (20) vorgesehen ist, der oben wenigstens eine durch mindestens eine Ventilklappe (17) wahlweise verschließbare oder mehr oder weniger zu öffnende Warmluftauslaßöffnung (18) aufweist und mit der Warmluftaustrittsseite (37) der Luftführungskanäle (19) strömungsmäßig verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberwand (21) des Warmluftauffangraumes (20) aus zwei dachförmig in einem Dachfirst (21"') zusammenlaufenden Schrägwänden (21', 21") besteht, dass die Warmluftauslaßöffnung(en) (18) in wenigstens der einen Schrägwand (21') vorgesehen ist bzw. sind und daß die Ventilklappe als zumindest im wesentlichen ebene, um den Dachfirst (21"') schwenkbare Ventilplatte (17) ausgebildet ist. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ventilplatte (17) sich von der die Warmluftauslaßöffnung(en) (18) aufweisenden Dachschräge (21') über den Dachfirst (21'") hinaus erstreckt und dort von Betätigungsmitteln (22) beaufschlagt ist. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Dachfirst (21"') wenigstens ein nach oben vorstehender Vorsprung (23) vorgesehen ist, der in eine dazu komplementäre Durchbrechung (24) der Ventilplatte (17) derart eingreift, daß die Ventilplatte (17) die Öffnungs- bzw. Schließverschwenkung um den Dachfirst (21"') ausführen kann. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im seitlichen Abstand zwei Vorsprünge (23) und dazu komplementäre Durchbrechungen (24) vorgesehen sind. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberwand (21) aus Blech besteht und der Vorsprung bzw. die Vorsprünge (23) aus dem Blech herausgestanzt und -gebogen sind. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ventilplatte (17) durch ihr Eigengewicht auf die Schließstellung zu vorgespannt ist. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsmittel aus einer Bimetall-Anordnung (22) bestehen. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dachfirst (21''') sich parallel zur Außen-Rückwand (38) bzw. zur Außen-Vorderwand (28) des Gehäuses (13) erstreckt. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Gehäuse (13) ein Speicherkern (14)-Heizelement (15)-Isoliermaterial (16)-Tragkörper (25), der vorzugsweise aus Blech besteht, vorgesehen ist, der aus einer Innen-Rückwand (26), einer davon nach vorn abgebogenen Bodenwand (27) und einer davon nach vorn abgebogenen Oberwand (21) besteht, zwischen der und dem oben angeordneten Isoliermaterial (16) der Warmluftauffangraum (20) vorgesehen ist. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberwand (21) und/oder die Innen-Rückwand (26) und/oder die Bodenwand (27) seitlich und/oder vorn zumindest im wesentlichen rechtwinklig abgebogene Stabilisierungs- und Befestigungsstege (29) aufweist bzw. aufweisen. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Bodenwand (27) Luftdurchtrittsöffnungen (30) vorgesehen sind, die Raumluft von unten zu den Luftführungskanälen (19, 19') leiten. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb des Tragkörpers (25) eine Bodenwanne (31) vorgesehen ist, deren Inneres oben an die Bodenwand (27) des Tragkörpers (25) angrenzt und einen Luftkanal (32) darstellt, der die durch Raumlufteintrittsöffnungen (11) und/oder unterhalb von Gehäusewänden (18, 38, 45) eintretende Raumluft zu den Luftdurchtrittsöffnungen (30) in der Bodenwand (27) des Tragkörpers (25) leitet. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenwanne (31) auf wenigstens zwei beabstandeten Schienenfüßen (35) ruht. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schienenfüße (35) sich vorzugsweise senkrecht zur Außen-Vorderwand (28) bzw. zur Außen-Rückwand (38) erstrecken. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragkörper (25) vorn durch eine vorzugsweise nachträglich anbringbare Innen-Vorderwand (34) abgeschlossen ist, die vorzugsweise an den vorderen Stabilisierungs- und Befestigungsstegen (29) der Oberwand (21) und der Bodenwand (27) befestigt ist. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innen-Vorderwand (34) unten nur bis zur Bodenwand (27) reicht und die Bodenwanne (31) zumindest vorne und vorzugsweise auch hinten so niedrig ist, daß zwischen ihrer Oberseite und der Bodenwand (27) ein Lufteinlaßspalt (36) vorliegt. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Abstand vor der Innen-Vorderwand (34) und/oder hinter der Innen-Rückwand (26) eine Außen-Vorderwand (28) bzw. eine Außen-Rückwand (38) vorgesehen ist. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Innen-Rückwand (26) und/oder der Innen-Vorderwand (34) einerseits sowie der Außen-Rückwand (38) bzw. der Außen-Vorderwand (28) andererseits in geeigneten Abständen Abstandshalter (40) vorgesehen sind. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragkörper (25) seitlich durch Innen-Seitenwände (33) abgeschlossen ist, die vorzugsweise an den seitlichen Stabilisierungs- und Befestigungsstegen (29) der Oberwand (21), der Innen-Rückwand (26) und der Bodenwand (27) befestigt sind. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach Anspruch 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innen-Seitenwände (33) bis zum Boden der Bodenwanne (31) hinunterreichen und auch an dieser befestigt sind und so den Tragkörper (25) über die Bodenwanne (31) am Boden abstützen, wobei die Innen-Seitenwände (33) vorzugsweise auf den Endbereichen des Bodens der Bodenwanne (31) abgestützt und dort mit dem Boden durch geeignete Befestigungsmittel fest verbunden sind. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach Anspruch 19 oder 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im seitlichen Abstand von den Innen-Seitenwänden (33) Außen-Seitenwände (45) angebracht sind. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenraum zwischen der Innen-Vorderwand (34) und der Außen-Vorderwand (28) und/oder der Innen-Rückwand (26) und der Außen-Rückwand (38) und/oder der Innen-Seitenwand (33) und der Außen-Seitenwand (45) einen Konvektionsschacht (39) bildet, in den Raumluft von unten eintritt, entlang der Innen-Rückwand (26) bzw. der Innen-Vorderwand (34) bzw. der Innen-Seitenwand (33) nach oben strömt und oben aus den Warmluftaustrittsöffnungen (12) austritt. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außen-Vorderwand (28) oben in eine die Warmluftaustrittsöffnungen (12) aufweisende Schrägwand (41) und diese in eine Außen-Deckwand (42) übergeht. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach Anspruch 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oben Aufhängemittel (43) für die Außen-Deckwand (42) und/oder die Schrägwand (41) vorgesehen sind und die Außen-Vorderwand (28) unten durch Schrauben (44) an der Außen-Seitenwand (45) befestigt ist. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außen-Vorderwand (28) und die Außen-Rückwand (38) seitliche, nach innen gerichtete Abdeckflansche (47) aufweisen, die den Zwischenraum (39) zwischen der Außen-Vorderwand (28) und der Innen-Vorderwand (34) sowie der Außen-Rückwand (38) und der Innen-Rückwand (26) abdecken. - Elektro-Speicherheizgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außen-Rückwand (38) auch oben einen Abdeckflansch (48) aufweist, der über der Oberwand (21) des Tragkörpers (25) liegt und die im hinteren Zwischenraum (39) aufsteigende Luft zu den Warmluftaustrittsöffnungen (12) lenkt.
