Claims (11)
- Befestigungshülse für eine Zündkerze mit in der Wand der Befestigungshülse angeordneten, im wesentlichen in Zündkerzenlängsrichtung ausgerichteten Kühlmittelkanälen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungshülse (2) aus einem metallischen Werkstoff besteht, dessen Wärmeleitfähigkeit über 60 W/m°C, vorzugsweise über 80 W/m°C liegt.
- Befestigungshülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungshülse aus Messing oder einer Messing-Legierung besteht.
- Befestigungshülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungshülse aus Nickel oder einer Nickel-Legierung besteht.
- Befestigungshülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die Befestigungshülse (2) eine Vorkammer (6) angebracht ist, die aus einer Nickel-Chrom-Legierung mit über 25% Chrom, vorzugsweise etwa 30% Chrom besteht.
- Befestigungshülse nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorkammer (6) von einem Ringkanal (7) umgeben ist, in den die Kühlmittelkanäle (3) einmünden.
- Befestigungshülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlmittelkanäle (3) im vorderen, vorzugsweise ein Gewinde (5) zum Eindrehen der Zündkerze (1) aufweisenden Bereich (2a) der Befestigungshülse (2) an die Zündkerze (1) angenähert sind.
- Befestigungshülse nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlmittelkanäle (3) im vorderen Bereich (2a) der Befestigungshülse (2) zur Zündkerze (1) weisende Erweiterungen (4) aufweisen.
- Befestigungshülse nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verlauf der Kühlmittelkanäle (3) im vorderen Bereich (2a) der Befestigungshülse (2) an die Kontur der Zündkerze (1) angepaßt ist.
- Befestigungshülse nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verbleibende Wandstärke im vorderen Bereich (2a) der Befestigungshülse (2) zwischen Zündkerze (1) und Kühlmittelkanälen (3) teilweise unter 5 mm, vorzugsweise bei etwa 2 bis 3 mm liegt.
- Befestigungshülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Vielzahl von Kühlmittelkanälen (3) um die Zündkerze (1) angeordnet ist.
- Zylinderkopf, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß darin zumindest eine Befestigungshülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 angeordnet ist.
