Claims (9)

  1. An apparatus for renewing a track installation with a substructure (16), a bed (15), in particular of broken stone and a track (18) laid thereon, or for the conversion of such a track installation into a fixed track, having a plurality of parts arranged in series and largely movable on a track, comprising a part (4b) for removal of the bed, a part (1) for transporting away bed material and optionally substructure material, a drive part (3) or a drive integrated into the remaining parts, if required a part (2, 2') for bringing up new material, a part (9) for transporting away the old sleepers (29) and for bringing up the new sleepers (30), a track changing part (7) and also in turn a part (4b) for the production of a new bed and a part (8) for the introduction of broken stone and for the packing of the new track (25) or otherwise a part (5') for the manufacture of a supporting layer (34) of a fixed track,
    characterised in that
    the parts of the apparatus arranged in series are made at least partly interchangeable, in each case as a module, with, on the one hand, the module (4b) for the manufacture of a new bed (26), optionally the module (5) for the intermediate storage of processed bed material (19) and optionally the module (2) for the supply with a new bed material and optionally substructure material being mutually interchangeable and, on the other hand, with the module (5'b) for the incorporation of a supporting layer (34) for a fixed track, optionally the module (2') for the supply with supporting layer material and optionally the module (5'a) for the mixing of supporting layer material being mutually interchangeable.
  2. An apparatus in accordance with claim 1,
    characterised in that
    it includes a part (4b) for the removal of the substructure (16).
  3. An apparatus in accordance with claim 1 or claim 2,
    characterised in that
    it includes a part (4a) for the processing of the bed material and/or of the substructure material.
  4. An apparatus in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    it includes means (20) for the breaking and screening of the bed material and/or of the substructure material.
  5. An apparatus in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    it includes a part (5) for the intermediate storage of the processed bed material (19).
  6. An apparatus in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    it includes means (12', 12") for the keeping available and bringing up of material for the supporting layer (34) of a fixed track.
  7. An apparatus in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    it includes a part (5'a) for the mixing of the support layer material.
  8. An apparatus in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the part (9) for the transporting away of the old sleepers (29) and for the bringing up of the new sleepers (30) is arranged at the rear end of the apparatus when seen in the working direction (I) and the part (2) for the bringing up of the new bed material and/or substructure material, the part (1) for the transporting away of the removed bed material and optionally of the substructure material and also the part (2') for the bringing up of the support layer material are arranged at the front end of the apparatus as seen in the working direction (I).
  9. An apparatus in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    only the track changing part (7) and the part (5'b) for the installation of a supporting layer (34) of a fixed track also have ground chassis (32) in addition to track chassis, the remaining parts in contrast all having only track chassis (33).
