Dadurch ist ein verbessertes Verfahren zum Sanieren des aus einer Schotterschicht sowie aus darunter befindlichen Bodenschichten bestehenden mehrschichtigen Unterbaus von aus Schwellen und Schienen bestehenden Gleisen bei Bahnstrecken geschaffen, welches sich durch seine einfache technische Realisierung unter Verwendung von flexibel einsetzbaren Arbeitswagen mit entsprechenden Maschinen auszeichnet. Im Ergebnis bedeutet dies, daß der mehrschichtige Unterbau sowie ggf. das Gleis auf sehr viel kostengünstigere Weise saniert werden kann als dies bisher möglich war. Der Kerngedanke des erfindungsgemäßen Sanierungsverfahrens besteht darin, daß zwischen dem Arbeitswagen zum Entfernen des Gleises und einem hierzu separaten, weiteren Arbeitswagen zum Wiedereinbau des selben oder neuen oder teilerneuerten Gleises sich zusätzliche, davon getrennte Arbeitwagen befinden. Dieser oder diese Zwischenarbeitswagen übernehmen ganz spezifische Aufgaben für die Sanierung des Unterbaus und sind daher aufgrund ihrer separaten Ausbildung bezüglich der anderen Arbeitswagen flexibel einsetzbar. Ein wesentlicher Aspekt ist dabei, daß sämtliche Arbeitswagen während des Arbeitsprozesses kontinuierlich vorwärts bewegt werden. Insbesondere wird die Bodenschicht unterhalb des Schotters hinsichtlich ihrer Sanierung in das kontinuierliche Sanierungsverfahren integriert. Konkret wird die zu sanierende Bodenschicht mittels einer Aushubeinheit ausgebaut, welche sich an einem separaten Arbeitswagen zwischen dem Arbeitswagen zum Gleisausbau und dem Arbeitswagen zum Gleiseinbau befindet. Der Kerngedanke liegt somit in dem kontinuierlichen Ausbau der Bodenschicht bei ausgebautem Gleis im Rahmen eines kontinuierlichen Verfahrens aller Teilsarbeitsgänge oder Gesamtarbeitsgänge. Auch ist es möglich, daß mittels dieser Bearbeitungseinrichtung Feinanteile des abgesiebten Schotters der vorlaufenden Bettungsreinigungsmaschine in den anstehenden Boden oder auf den anstehenden Boden eingebracht oder aufgebracht/eingebaut werden. Verfahren zum Sanieren des aus einer Schotterschicht (11) sowie aus darunter befindlichen Bodenschichten (10) bestehenden mehrschichtigen Unterbaus von aus Schwellen (6) und Schienen (5) bestehenden Gleisen (4) bei Bahnstrecken,
wobei ein erster Arbeitswagen (1) das Gleis (4) zunächst vom alten Unterbau entfernt und ein in Arbeitsrichtung gesehen dahinter befindlicher zweiter Arbeitswagen (2) das selbe Gleis (4) oder ein neues Gleis (4) oder ein teilerneuertes Gleis (4) anschließend wieder auf dem sanierten Unterbau einbaut,
wobei die Schotterschicht (11) ausgebaut wird,
wobei aufgearbeiteter oder neuer Schotter für die neue Schotterschicht (11) eingebaut wird,
wobei zwischen dem ersten Arbeitswagen (1) und dem zweiten Arbeitswagen (2) wenigstens ein weiterer, dritter Arbeitswagen (3) verwendet wird, welcher alle oder einzelne Bodenschichten (10) mittels einer Aushubeinrichtung (8) ausbaut,
wobei aufgearbeitetes oder neues Bodenmaterial für die neuen Bodenschichten (10) eingebaut wird und
wobei die Arbeitswagen (1, 2, 3) während der Arbeitsprozesse kontinuierlich vorwärts bewegt werden.
