Claims (8)
- A maintenance train (1) for improving the track (3) consisting of long-welded rails and sleepers (4) and the rail substructure (2) of a railway track consisting of ballast and ballast substructure, wherein the maintenance train (1) moves continuously in a forward direction on the track (3), and wherein the maintenance train (1) comprises several maintenance carriages with devices for a continuous work flow of the individual operations, by means of which the rails (5) of the track (3) are renewed or the existing rails (5) of the track are braced apart and back together again, by means of which the sleepers (4) of the track (3) are renewed or the existing sleepers (4) of the track (3) are removed and reinstalled, by means of which the ballast of the rail substructure (2) is renewed or cleaned, and by means of which the ballast substructure of the rail substructure disposed beneath the ballast is either renewed or removed, reprocessed and reinstalled, or removed and reinstalled, characterized in that the maintenance train (1) comprises at least one maintenance carriage (6) with a storage area (7), on which the old removed sleepers (4) and the new sleepers (4) to be installed can be stored, and the old materials to be renewed and the new materials are transported along said maintenance carriage (6) by means of at least one conveyor belt (8).
- A maintenance train according to the preceding claim, characterized in that devices are provided by means of which the sleepers (4) and the rails (5) of the track (3) are removed at first from the region of the rail substructure (2), and the removed sleepers (4) are stored on the maintenance train (1) and new sleepers (4) are optionally deposited on the maintenance train (1), that devices are provided by means of which subsequently the materials of the rail substructure (2) to be renewed are removed and carried away, and instead the new materials are installed, and that devices are provided by means which finally either the old sleepers (4) or the new sleepers (4) and the old rails (5) or the new rails (5) are installed, wherein the transport of the materials of the rail substructure (2) and the transport of the sleepers (4) along the maintenance train (1) can be carried out on different conveyor tracks.
- A maintenance train according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that when the old sleepers (4) are reused they can be stored intermediately on the maintenance train (1) until they are reinstalled.
- A maintenance train according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the old rails (5) can be stored to the side of the railway track after their removal and/or the new rails before their installation.
- A maintenance train according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that when the old rails (5) are used further they can be braced apart and back together again after the installation of the rail substructure (2).
- A maintenance train according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a gantry crane is provided for transporting the sleepers (4) along the maintenance train (1).
- A maintenance train according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the conveyor belts (8) for the materials of the rail substructure (2) are arranged beneath and/or above and/or within the storage for the sleepers (4).
- A maintenance carriage (6) with storage area (7) for use in a maintenance train (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 7, on which the old removed sleepers (4) and the new sleepers (4) to be installed can be stored, and the old materials to be renewed and the new materials are transported along said maintenance carriage (6) by means of at least one conveyor belt (8).
