Dies bedeutet, daß ein gleisgebundener Gleisumbau bezüglich der Langschienen sowie der Schwellen mit einer gleisgebundenen Bettungsreinigung/Bettungserneuerung sowie mit einer gleisgebundenen Planumsverbesserung, d. h. Claims (9)

Verfahren zum Sanieren des aus Schienen (5) in Form von Langschienen und Schwellen (4) bestehenden Gleises (3) sowie des aus Schotter und Schotteruntergrund bestehenden Gleisunterbaus (2) einer Bahnstrecke,
bei dem unter Verwendung eines kontinuierlich auf dem Gleis (3) sich vorwärts bewegenden Arbeitszuges (1) mit mehreren Arbeitswagen (6) in einem kontinuierlichen Arbeitsablauf der einzelnen Arbeiten
die Schienen (5) des Gleises (3) erneuert oder die bestehenden Schienen (5) des Gleises (3) aus- und wieder eingespreizt werden,
die Schwellen (4) des Gleises (3) erneuert oder die bestehenden Schwellen (4) des Gleises (3) aus- und wieder eingebaut werden,
der Schotter des Gleisunterbaus (2) erneuert oder gereinigt wird und
der unter dem Schotter sich befindende Schotteruntergrund des Gleisunterbaus (2) entweder erneuert wird oder ausgebaut, aufbereitet und wieder eingebaut wird oder ausgebaut und wieder eingebaut wird.

schließlich entweder die alten Schwellen (4) oder neuen Schwellen (4) sowie die alten Schienen (5) oder neue Schienen (5) eingebaut werden,
wobei der Transport der Materialien des Gleisunterbaus (2) und der Transport der Schwellen (4) längs des Arbeitswagens (1) auf unterschiedlichen Förderbahnen durchgeführt wird.
