Abstract

Eine einfachere und somit preiswerter herstellbare Vorrichtung dieser Art ist gegeben, wenn statt der Vernadelungstrommel diese Kompaktiereinheit nur aus zwei Endlosbändern besteht, die aber so zu führen sind, das am Einlauf die beiden Arbeitstrums der Endlosbänder das einlaufende Vlies langsam kompaktieren, pressen und anschließend die aufeinanderliegenden Bänder gepresst gehalten an dem Düsenbalken vorbeibewegt werden. Dazu dienen zusätzliche Umlenkwalzen.
