    Claims (14)

    1. Apparatus for hydrodynamically charging a fibrous web (8) with a fluid for strengthening, preferably without bonding agents, the fibres of the fibrous web formed from natural and/or artificial fibres of any type, said apparatus comprising
      a) a first endless belt (3), which supports the fibrous web (8) and is guided and deflected in a tensioned manner between at least two rollers (6, 6', 6"),
      b) a second endless belt (9), which is also guided in a tensioned manner between at least two rollers (10, 11, 12, 12'), is associated with the first endless belt (3) and travels in the opposite direction, the working portion (9') of which second belt situated opposite the working portion (3') of the first endless belt (3) rotates in a driven manner in the same direction as the working portion (3') of the first endless belt (3), wherein

      e) the first endless belt (3) is pressed in the region of the first nozzle bar (2) by at least one additional guide roller (4, 5; 14) against the directly associated portion (9') of the second endless belt (9) for the more intensive compression of the two portions (3', 9'), which advance together, of the endless belts (3, 9).
    2. Apparatus for hydrodynamically charging a fibrous web (8) with a fluid for strengthening, preferably without bonding agents, the fibres of the fibrous web formed from natural and/or artificial fibres of any type, said apparatus comprising
      a) a first endless belt (3), which supports the fibrous web (8) and is guided and deflected in a tensioned manner between at least two rollers (6, 6', 6"),

      f) [e)?]the second endless belt (9) is pressed in the region of the first nozzle bar (2) by at least one additional guide roller (11, 13, 15) against the directly associated portion (3') of the first endless belt (3) for the more intensive compression of the two endless belts (3, 9) which advance together.
    3. Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that this guide roller (4, 5, 11, 13, 14, 15) is displaced into the plane of the advancing portion (3', 9') in such a manner that a looping angle (α) of more than one degree, preferably 5 - 45 degrees, is produced at said roller for both endless belts (3, 9).
    4. Apparatus according to claims 1 - 3, characterised in that two of these additional guide rollers 4,5; 13,14; 11,14; 14,15) are provided for the better compression of the two endless belts (3, 9).
    5. Apparatus according to claim 4, characterised in that the first nozzle bar (2) is disposed between these additional guide rollers (4,5; 14,11; 13,11).
    6. Apparatus according to claim 4, characterised in that two additional guide rollers (4,15; 13,14; 14,15; 4,13) which are disposed one behind the other and have the two endless belts (3, 9) looped therearound in a serpent-like manner, are associated with the endless belts (3, 9) for the more intensive compression thereof.
    7. Apparatus according to claim 6, characterised in that the first nozzle bar (2) is disposed behind the two guide rollers (13,14; 14,15; 4,15; 4,13), when viewed with respect to the direction of conveyance.
    8. Apparatus according to one or more of claims 1 - 7, characterised in that two guide rollers 4, 5; 14,11; 4, 11) are directly associated with the nozzle bar (2).
    9. Apparatus according to claim 8, characterised in that the two guide rollers (4, 5) of the suction means (2') are therefore associated with the first endless belt (3) so as to support said belt upwardly.
    10. Apparatus according to claim 9, characterised in that the two guide rollers (4,15; 4,13) are disposed both on the upper side and on the underside of the two working portions (3', 9') of the endless belts (3, 9).
    11. Apparatus according to one of claims 9 - 10, characterised in that a third guide roller (13) or supporting roller is associated with the two guide rollers (4,5; 4,11) in the region of the nozzle bar (2).
    12. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 - 11, characterised in that the nozzle bar (2) is disposed vertically between and in the region of the guide rollers (4,5; 4,11).
    13. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 - 11, characterised in that the nozzle bar (2) is disposed inclinedly between and in the region of the guide rollers (11, 14).
    14. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 - 13, characterised in that an additional nozzle bar (16), with a possible suction means (16'), is directly associated with the first endless belt (3) after the second endless belt (9) has been discharged.
