Abstract

Eine Maschine zur Herstellung einer einseitig kaschierten Wellpappebahn (43) weist eine Anpreß-Einrichtung (16) zum Anpressen einer Kaschierbahn (38) gegen eine mit einer Wellung versehene Papierbahn (35) auf. Diese Anpreß-Einrichtung (16) weist ein dampfdurchlässiges Anpreßband (19) auf, das aus einem Gewebe aus Metall mit Kettfäden und Schußfäden besteht. Die Kettfäden sind jeweils in Paaren von drei Kettfäden vorgesehen, wobei der Abstand zweier benachbarter Paare von Kettfäden kleiner ist als die Breite jedes Paares von Kettfäden. Bevorzugt ist der Werkstoff der Schußfäden weicher als der Werkstoff der Kettfäden, wobei die Schußfäden Kerben aufweisen, in denen jeweils ein Kettfaden angeordnet ist.
