Claims (13)
- Greifertrommelvorrichtung mit einem Trommelkörper (12), der sich um eine Mittelachse (14) dreht;einer innerhalb des Trommelkörpers (12) drehbaren Schaltwelle (32);einem in einem Gehäuse angeordneten Nockenfolger (120), der mit der Schaltwelle (32) verbunden ist, um die Schaltwelle (32) zu bewegen;einer Greiferauflage (28), der an der Schaltwelle (32) befestigt ist;einem Greifer (40), der mit der Greiferschaltwelle (38) verbunden ist; undeine in einem Gehäuse angeordnete Nocke (50), wobei sich der in einem Gehäuse angeordnete Nockenfolger (120) zum Folgen der in einem Gehäuse angeordneten Nocke (50) in der in einem Gehäuse angeordneten Nocke (50) befindet.
- Greifertrommelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sie des weiteren zwischen der Greiferauflage (28) und der Schaltwelle (32) ein Greiferauflageverbindungsglied (24) umfaßt, wobei das Greiferauflageverbindungsglied (24) eine Rotationsachse (26) aufweist, die nicht die Mittelachse (14) ist. - Greifertrommelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Greiferauflageverbindungsglied (24) um eine zweite Greiferschaltwelle (38) schwenkbar ist. - Greifertrommelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sie des weiteren eine Stützverbindungsglied (22) umfaßt, das mit dem Greiferauflageverbindungsglied (24) verbunden ist, wobei das Greiferauflageverbindungsglied (24) direkt mit der Greiferauflage (28) verbunden ist. - Greifertrommelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sie des weiteren ein Nockenfolgerverbindungsglied (30) umfaßt, das die Schaltwelle (32) direkt mit dem Stützglied (130) verbindet. - Greifertrommelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sie des weiteren ein Nockenfolgerverbindungsglied (30) umfaßt, das die Schaltwelle (32) direkt mit dem Nockenfolger (120) verbindet. - Greifertrommelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Greifer (40) mit der Greiferschaltwelle (38) durch ein Zahnstangengetriebe verbunden ist. - Greifertrommelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Greifer (40) federbelastet ist. - Greifertrommelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sie des weiteren eine Feder (46) umfasst, die mit dem Greifer (40) und dem Trommelkörper (12) direkt verbunden ist. - Greifertrommelvorrichtung mit einem um eine Mittelachse (14) drehbaren Trommelkörper (12);mit einem an der Peripherie des Trommelkörpers (12) bewegbaren Greifer (40);einer Greiferauflage (28), die mit dem Greifer (40) zusammenwirkt;einer Greiferschaltwelle (38) mittels eines ersten Verbindungsglieds mit der Greiferauflage (28) verbunden ist und mittels eines zweiten Verbindungsglieds (24), das sich von dem ersten Verbindungsglied unterscheidet, mit dem Greifer (40) verbunden ist.
- Greifertrommel nach Anspruch 10
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das erste Verbindungsglied ein Nockenfolgerverbindungsglied (30) umfasst, das direkt mit der Schaltwelle (32) verbunden ist und das zweite Verbindungsglied (24) eine Zahnstange umfasst, die direkt mit der Greiferschaltwelle (38) verbunden ist. - Greifertrommel nach Anspruch 10
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Schaltwelle (32) mit einem in einem Gehäuse liegenden Nockenfolger (120) verbunden ist. - Verfahren zum Ergreifen von Druckerzeugnissen
gekennzeichnet durch
die folgenden Schritte:Drehen einer Trommel (10) um eine Mittelachse (14);Bewegen eines Nockenfolgers (120) in einer in einem Gehäuse liegenden Nocke (50); undErgreifen eines Druckerzeugnisses mit einem Greifer (40), der mit dem Nockenfolger (120) verbunden ist.
