Abstract
Description
Die durch den gleichmäßigen Andruck der zusammen wirkenden Walzen bewirkte Farbübertragung wird nach einem weiteren Vorschlag noch dadurch optimiert, dass wenigstens eine Kontaktwalze als längsaxial oszillierender Verreibezylinder ausgebildet ist.
Um mit Hilfe einer gedrungenen Bauweise eine gleichmäßige Vorspannkraft durch die gummierte Walze zu erreichen wird weiterhin vorgeschlagen, dass die gummierte Walze durch einen von einer Torsionsfeder beaufschlagten Stellexzenter anstellbar ist, welcher gemäß weiteren vorgeschlagenen Ausführungsformen als um eine ortsfeste Stellachse verdrehbare Exzenterhülse der gummierten Walze ausgebildet ist, wobei die Torsionsfeder sich einerseits in einem mit der Exzenterhülse verbundenen Stellring und andererseits in einem rotativ fixierten Stirnwandgehäuse der Stellachse abstützend angeordnet ist.
Um bei vorgegebenen Parametern wie beispielsweise der Konsistenz der verwendeten Druckfarbe, optimale Übertragungsverhältnisse einstellen zu können, weist das Stirnwandgehäuse nach einem weiteren Vorschlag eine lösbare Drehsicherung auf, mit deren Hilfe die Torsionsfeder entsprechend den jeweiligen Betriebsbedingungen vorgespannt werden kann.
Eine sich auf eine gleichmäßige Farbverteilung und letzten Endes auf ein gleichmäßiges Druckbild auswirkende Weiterbildung besteht darin, dass die Exzenterhülse mit einer längsaxialen federelastischen Vorspannung auf der Stellachse gelagert ist, wodurch der Aufbau qualitätsmindernder Schwingungen des Systems unterbunden wird. Eine einfache und wirksame federelastische Vorspannung wird nach einem weiteren Vorschlag durch eine sich an einer Zwischenscheibe und einem Kugellagerhäuse abstützende Tellerfeder erzeugt.

Förderbänder 39, 41, fördern überschüssigen Tabak in einen unter dem Vorratsbehälter 4 angeordneten Behälter 42, aus dem der rückgeführte Tabak von dem Steilförderer 5 wieder entnommen wird.
Zwei Stempel 52 der Stempelwalze 48 übertragen auf definierte Längenabschnitte des über eine Gegenwalze 52 vorbei geführten Zigarettenpapierstreifens 21 bestimmte, beispielsweise die Zigarettenmarke bezeichnende Stempelaufdrucke.
Die gummierte Mantelfläche 46 der Übertragungswalze 47 ist fest mit einer Mantelhülse 54 verbunden, welche axial abnehmbar und drehgesichert mittels Fixierbolzen 56 und stirnseitiger Anschlagmutter 57 auf eine Lagerhülse 58 aufgesetzt ist.
Die Übertragungswalze 47 ist mit einer einstellbaren Vorspannung gegen die Ü-bertragungs- und Verreibezylinder 43 bzw. 44 anstellbar, indem der um eine ortsfeste Stellachse 64 und mittels Kugellager 65 verdrehbare Stellexzenter 63 durch eine sich einerseits in einem stirnseitigen Stellring 66 und andererseits in einem ortsfesten Stirnwandgehäuse 67 abstützende Torsionsfeder 68 beaufschlagt wird, wobei der Stellring 66 beispielsweise durch Schraubverbindungen 69 fest mit dem Stellexzenter 63 verbunden ist.
Der Grad der Anlagevorspannung der Übertragungswalze 47 an den Gegenwalzen 43, 44 kann mittels einer lösbaren Drehsicherung 71 durch Relativverdrehung des Stirnwandgehäuses 67 eingestellt werden.
Zwischen den Kugellagern 65 des Stellexzenters 63 ist eine Zwischenhülse 72 vorgesehen, die sich an einer Stirnseite über eine Tellerfeder 73 an einem der Kugellager 65 abstützt, so dass das gesamte System des Stellexzenters 63 mit darauf sitzender Lagerhülse 58 für die gummierte Mantelfläche 46 unter einer längsaxialen, federelastischen Vorspannung gehalten wird, welche den Aufbau von sich nachteilig auf die Farbübertragung und Farbverteilung und damit auf das Druckbild auswirkende Schwingungen des Walzensystems unterbindet.
Claims (10)
- Druckwerk zum Bedrucken eines Hüllstreifens für Rauchartikel, mit einem Walzensystem aus mehreren entlang einer Farbübertragungsstrecke in Rotationskontakt stehenden Walzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der Walzen (47, 49) mit einer elastischen (gummierten) Mantelfläche (46) versehen ist und gegen wenigstens eine kontaktierende Walze (43, 44) mit Vorspannung (federnd) anstellbar ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorspannkraft einer der gummierten Walzen (47) zugleich auf die Kontaktzonen von zwei Kontaktwalzen (43, 44) wirkend einstellbar ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gummierte Walze (47; 49) durch die Reibradwirkung wenigstens einer der Kontaktwalzen (43, 44) antreibbar ist.
- Druckwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Kontaktwalze (44) als längsaxial oszillierender Verreibezylinder ausgebildet ist.
- Druckwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gummierte Walze (47, 49) durch einen von einer Torsionsfeder (68) beaufschlagten Stellexzenter (63) anstellbar ist.
- Durckwerk nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stellexzenter (63) als um eine ortsfeste Stellachse (64) verdrehbare Exzenterhülse der gummierten Walze (47, 49) ausgebildet ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Torsionsfeder (68) sich einerseits in einem mit der Exzenterhülse (63) verbundenen Stellring (66) und andererseits in einem rotativ fixierten Stirnwandgehäuse (67) der Stellachse (64) abstützend angeordnet ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stirnwandgehäuse (67) eine lösbare Drehsicherung (71) aufweist.
- Druckwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Exzenterhülse (63) mit einer längsaxialen federelastischen Vorspannung auf der Stellachse (64) gelagert ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die federelastische Vorspannung durch eine sich an einer Zwischenhülse (72) und einem Kugellagerhäuse (65) abstützende Tellerfeder (73) erzeugt wird.
