Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines elektrischen Verbinders (6, 7, 18, 23), der wenigstens einen freistehenden Stift (8 bis 11; 19 bis 22; 24, 25) aufweist, der mit einem Leiter einer Leiterplatine (28) kontaktierbar ist, wobei ein profilierter, prisma- oder stangenförmiger Ausgangskörper (30) wenigstens an seinem einen Ende um die Längsachse (A) des Ausgangskörpers (30) derart drehbearbeitet wird, dass aus einer Kante oder Profilierung des Ausgangskörpers (30) der wenigstens eine Stift freigelegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgangskörper (30) an seinem Umfang wenigstens eine sich in Längsrichtung erstrekkende Rippe (2 bis 5) aufweist und dass aus dieser Rippe (2 bis 5) wenigstens ein Stift (19 bis 22; 8 bis 11; 24, 25) freigelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus dem Ausgangskörper (30) ein walzenförmiger Bereich (1) ausgedreht wird, wobei die Drehachse dieses Bereichs (1) mit der Achse (A) des Ausgangskörpers (30) zusammenfällt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Arbeitsgang mehrere im wesentlichen symmetrisch angeordnete Stifte (8 bis 11; 19 bis 22, 24, 25) durch Ausdrehen eines rotationssymetrischen und walzenförmigen Bereiches (1) an einem Ende des Ausgangskörpers (30) gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgangskörper (3) vier radial abstehende und an einem walzenförmigen Bereich (1) angeformte Rippen (2 bis 5) aufweist und dass beim Drehen ein Abschnitt dieses walzenförmigen Bereichs (1) entfernt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbinder ein Koaxialverbindergehäuse ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgangskörper (30) aus einem gezogenen Material hergestellt ist.
- Verbinder erhältlich durch das Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens eine freistehende Stift (8 bis 11; 19 bis 22; 24, 25) durch Dreharbeitung aus wenigstens einer sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Rippe des Ausgangskörpers (30) freigelegt worden ist.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein Koaxialverbindergehäuse für eine Verbindung einer Leiterplatine (28) ist.
