Claims (8)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un connecteur électrique (6, 7, 18, 23), qui comporte au moins un plot (8 à 11 ; 19 à 22 ; 24, 25) dégagé, qui peut être mis en contact avec un conducteur d'une platine de circuits intégrée (28), dans lequel un corps primaire (30) profilé, en forme de prisme ou de barre, est usiné au tour sur au moins une de ses extrémités autour de l'axe longitudinal (A) du corps primaire (30), de telle sorte que le plot, au moins au nombre d'un, est dégagé à partir d'une arête ou d'un profilage du corps primaire (30), caractérisé en ce que le corps primaire (30) comporte sur son pourtour au moins une ailette (2 à 5) qui s'étend dans le sens longitudinal, et en ce qu'au moins un plot (19 à 22 ; 8 à 11 ; 24, 25) est dégagé à partir de cette ailette (2 à 5).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une zone cylindrique (1) est alésée au tour à partir du corps primaire (30), sachant que l'axe de rotation de cette zone (1) coïncide avec l'axe (A) du corps primaire (30).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs plots (8 à 11 ; 19 à 22 ; 24, 25), disposés sensiblement symétriquement, sont réalisés sur une extrémité du corps primaire (30), en une seule étape de travail, par alésage au tour d'une zone cylindrique (1) à symétrie de révolution.
  4. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le corps primaire (3) comporte quatre ailettes (2 à 5) en saillie dans le sens radial et formées contre une zone cylindrique (1), et en ce qu'une partie de cette zone cylindrique (1) est éliminée pendant le tournage.
  5. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur est un boítier de connecteur coaxial.
  6. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le corps primaire (30) est réalisé dans un matériau formé par étirage.
  7. Connecteur obtenu par le procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le plot dégagé (8 à 11 ; 19 à 22 ; 24, 25), au moins au nombre d'un, a été dégagé par usinage au tour à partir d'au moins une ailette du corps primaire (30), orientée dans le sens longitudinal.
  8. Connecteur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il forme un boítier de connecteur coaxial destiné à être raccordé à une platine de circuits intégrés (28).
