Claims (9)
- Bohrkrone zur Herstellung von kreiszylindrischen Ausnehmungen oder Durchbrüchen mit einem Bohrzylinder (1), der an seinem bohrrichtungsseitigen Ende Schneidelemente (3) aufweist, die sich zumindest in die axiale Projektion des Innenraumes des Bohrzylinders(1) erstrecken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bohrzylinder (1) einen zum bohrrichtungsseitigen Ende hin offenen Innenraum mit einer zumindest gleichbleibenden Innenkontur aufweist und im Innenraum des Bohrzylinders (1) eine lösbare Kernhülse (2) angeordnet ist, deren Wandstärke (a) höchstens der radialen Ausdehnung, des sich in die axiale Projektion des Innenraumes erstreckenden Teiles (b) des Schneidelementes(3) entspricht.
- Bohrkrone nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kernhülse (2) zumindest einen, sich zumindest teilweise über deren Länge erstreckenden, Längsschlitz (4) aufweist.
- Bohrkrone nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Längsschlitz (4) zum bohrrichtungsseitigen Ende hin offen ist.
- Bohrkrone nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aussendurchmesser der Kernhülse (2) derart ausgebildet ist, dass dieser an der Innenwand des Bohrzylinders (1) vollständig anliegt und in diese eingeführt, einen kleineren Durchmesser aufweist als im nicht eingeführten Zustand.
- Bohrkrone nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kernhülse (2) an ihrem dem bohrrichtungsseitigen Ende gegenüberliegenden Ende ein Halteteil (5) aufweist.
- Bohrkrone nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kernhülse (2) an ihrem bohrrichtungsseitigen Ende einen in Bohrrichtung verjüngenden Aussendurchmesser-Bereich (6) aufweist.
- Bohrkrone nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kernhülse (2) eine Wandstärke aufweist, die dem 0,01 bis 0,3-fachen der Wandstärke des Bohrzylinders (1) entspricht.
- Bohrkrone nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Längsschlitz (4) eine Breite aufweist die dem 0,001 bis 0,01―fachen des Aussendurchmessers der Kernhülse (2) entspricht.
- Bohrkrone nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kernhülse (2) aus Federstahl besteht.
