Claims (5)
- Taschenfalzeinrichtung für ein Taschenfalzwerk zum Falzen von Bogen, das seitliche Rahmenelemente (11) aufweist,mit einer Falztasche (12), der wenigstens drei rahmenseitig gelagerte Falzwalzen (23) in Bogeneinlaufrichtung (24) vorgeordnet sind,mit zwei an den seitlichen Rahmenelementen (11) gegenüberliegend festgelegten Tragleisten (13) für die Falztasche (12) undmit Fixiereinrichtungen zum lösbaren Festlegen der Falztasche (12) an den Tragleisten (13) in der eingestellten Position der Falztasche (12),daß die Falztasche (12) zumindest im Kontaktbereich mit den Tragleisten (13) aus einem magnetisch wechselwirkenden Material besteht,daß die Tragleisten (13) Elektrohaftmagnete aufweisen,daß die Fixiereinrichtungen eine Spannungsquelle (25) und einen Schalter (26) für das Erregen und Entregen der Elektrohaftmagneten (28, 27) aufweisen unddaß ein zwischen der Falztasche (12) und wenigstens einem seitlichen Rahmenelement (11) wirkender und an ihnen festgelegter (20, 21) Gewichtskompensator (17) für die Falztasche (12) vorgesehen ist.
- Taschenfalzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falztasche (12) zumindest im Kontaktbereich mit den Tragleisten (13) aus einem ferromagnetischen Material besteht.
- Taschenfalzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragleisten (13) wenigstens einen Elektrohaftmagnet (28) und wenigstens einen Permanent-Elektrohaftmagnet (27) aufweisen.
- Taschenfalzeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragleisten (13) in Lagern (15) um ihre Längsachsen (14) drehbar gehalten sind.
- Taschenfalzeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Gewichtskompensator (17) für die Falztasche (12) Gas- oder Schraubendruckfedern, Gas- oder Schraubenzugfedern, pneumatische Arbeitszylinder oder Ausgleichsgewichte verwendet werden.
