Claims (7)
- Fehlbedienungssicherung (8) für Fenster, Türen oder dgl. umfassend:wobei die Fehlbedienungssicherung (8) im Bereich zwischen dem beweglichen Flügel (3) und einem Vertikalholm des Rahmens (2) angeordnet ist,einen am beweglichen Flügel (3) zwischen einer Freigabestellung und einer Sperrstellung beweglich gelagerten Hebel (10), dessen freies Hebelende (11) mit einem Betätigungselement am Rahmen (2) zusammenwirkt zur Bewegung des Hebels (10) aus der Sperrstellung bei geöffnetem Flügel (3) in die Freigabestellung bei geschlossenem Flügel (3),eine mit einem von einer Stulpschiene (15) abgedecktem Kraftübertragungsglied, insbesondere einem Treibstangenelement (18), eines Beschlags, zusammenwirkende, mit dem Hebel (10) bewegungsverkoppelte Schaltsperren-Einheit, die in der Freigabestellung des Hebels (10) das Kraftübertragungsglied (18) freigibt und die in der Sperrstellung des Hebels (10) das Kraftübertragungsglied (18) bewegungsblockiert,
und wobei das freie Hebelende (11) in der Freigabestellung im wesentlichen vertikal nach unten weist und sich auf dem Betätigungselement (12) abstützt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Kraftübertragungsglied (18) ein Sperrglied (19, 29) aufweist, welches im Schwenkbereich eines im wesentlichen quer zur Verschieberichtung des Kraftübertragungsgliedes (18) beweglichen, dem freien Hebelende (11) diametral gegenüberliegenden Hebelfortsatz (16) liegt, wobei das Sperrglied (19, 29) in eine vor der Stulpschiene (15) liegenden Ebene ragt. - Fehlbedienungssicherung (8) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Sperrglied eine im wesentlichen U-förmige Klaue (19) ist, die eine quer zur Verschieberichtung (20) verlaufende Nut (21) aufweist, in die der Hebel (10) in seiner Sperrstellung mit seinem dem freien Hebelende (11) diametral gegenüberliegenden Hebelfortsatz (16) eingreift. - Fehlbedienungssicherung (8) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Sperrglied als Stift (29) ausgebildet ist, der mit einem rechteckigen Querschnitt die Stulpschiene (15) durchgreift. - Fehlbedienungssicherung (8) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Hebelfortsatz (16) als abgewinkelter Materialabschnitt des Hebels (10) materialeinheitlich mit diesem ausgebildet ist. - Fehlbedienungssicherung (8) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Hebel (10) an einem Gehäuse (9) befestigt ist, welches der Stulpschiene (15) zugeordnet ist und das Sperrglied (19, 29) auf seinem Verschiebeweg abdeckt. - Fehlbedienungssicherung (8) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Gehäuse (9) mit einem entlang des Verschiebewegs des Sperrgliedes (19, 29) verlaufenden Steg (24) versehen ist, der in seiner Ebene unmittelbar benachbart liegt zur Fläche des Sperrgliedes (19, 29) die dem Gehäuse (9) zugewandt ist. - Fehlbedienungssicherung (8) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Fehlbedienungssicherung (8) an einem Eckumlenkungsbeschlag (7) angebracht ist.
