Claims (9)
- Handbetätigte Presse (10) mit einem manuell verschwenkbaren Betätigungshebel (15) für Preß- (23) und Rückhub (24) der Presse (10) sowie einer mechanischen Rückhubsperre (26), die den Rückhub (24) erst bei Erreichen eines unteren Endpunktes des Preßhubes (23) freigibt, wobei die Rückhubsperre (26) eine drehfest mit dem Betätigungshebel (15) verbundene Kurvenscheibe (29) umfaßt, in der eine nutartige Steuerkurve (35) angeordnet ist, in die ein federbelasteter Rastbolzen (28) eingreift, für den in der Steuerkurve (35) zumindest ein Rastvorsprung (45, 46) angeordnet ist, so daß der Rastbolzen (28) die Steuerkurve (35) nur in einer Betriebsrichtung (36, 37, 38) durchlaufen kann, wobei von außen eine Öffnung (51, 52) in die Steuerkurve (35) führt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jedem Rastvorsprung (45, 46) eine Öffnung (51, 52) vorgesehen ist, in der ein von außen betätigbarer Entriegelungsstift (58, 59) sitzt, über den der Rastbolzen (28) axial außer Eingriff mit dem Rastvorsprung (45, 46) bringbar ist, so daß er die Steuerkurve (35) auch entgegen der Betriebsrichtung (36, 37, 38) durchlaufen kann. - Handbetätigte Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Entriegelungsstift (58, 59) federbelastet ist.
- Handbetätigte Presse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Entriegelungsstift (58, 59) achsparallel zu dem Rastbolzen (28) angeordnet ist.
- Handbetätigte Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Entriegelungsstift (58, 59) mit einem Not-Betätigungsknopf (31) verbunden ist.
- Handbetätigte Presse nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Not-Betätigungsknopf (31) axial verschieblich an der Kurvenscheibe (29) angeordnet ist.
- Handbetätigte Presse nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Not-Betätigungsknopf (31) unverlierbar auf einer von außen an der Kurvenscheibe (29) befestigten Führungshülse (32; 62) sitzt.
- Handbetätigte Presse nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungshülse (32; 62) mit einem Kragen (65) versehen ist, der einer Schulter (64) an dem Not-Betätigungsknopf (31) zugeordnet ist.
- Handbetätigte Presse nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Not-Betätigungsknopf (31) eine zentrale Aussparung aufweist, durch die hindurch Befestigungselemente zugänglich sind, die die Führungshülse (32; 62) an der Kurvenscheibe (29) befestigen.
- Handbetätigte Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Not-Betätigungsknopf (31) und Kurvenscheibe (29) zumindest eine Druckfeder (61) vorgesehen ist, die den Not-Betätigungsknopf (31) gegen den Kragen (65) der Führungshülse (32; 62) drückt.
