Definitions
- the present invention relates to a transport system made of pallets and which can be arranged thereon Bottle carriers or a bottle carrier in the form of a box, tray or the like, which can be stacked in a stack on standard pallets.
- bottle carriers which are preferably made of plastic and serve to hold bottles that are transported, stored in the bottle carriers, to be offered and sold. Due to the variety of purposes, which such a bottle carrier is intended to fulfill, it is necessary in its design Compromising what transport volume, stackability, display function, Manageability, manufacturability, etc. concerned. That's why it's still, despite that already well-known bottle carrier, a goal to provide a bottle carrier, the one has the most balanced combination of properties.
- By optimizing the Transport volume can reduce transport costs and the ecological balance, d. H. the ecological Transport burden can be improved.
- the already mentioned properties of the bottle carrier such as. B. manageability, Stackability, reliability, accessibility to the bottle carrier, appearance, etc. not be affected.
- the bottle carrier should refer to the number of receivables Bottles have a small volume, especially in relation to a stacked structure on standard pallets.
- the bottle carrier according to the invention has a substantially rectangular bottom, at least one side of which, preferably both sides are dimensioned such that an integer multiple of the side length of the bottle carrier at least one side length of one or more standard pallets results on which the bottle carriers are stackable.
- Standard pallets are preferred with side lengths of 400, 600, 800, 1000 and 1200 now come into consideration. It is it is also advantageous if the sides of the bottle carrier have an aspect ratio of 2: 1, i.e. that a first side or long side is twice as long as a second side or broadside.
- the bottle carrier has bottle receiving areas, which are advantageously arranged on the bottom of the bottle carrier in the form of depressions, but can also be formed by support sleeves, holding parts, compartments in the form of walls or the like, and serve to securely hold bottles.
- the bottle density which is given by the number of bottles that can be taken in total divided by the bottle carrier base area, which is defined by the bottom sides, is greater than 100 bottles per m 2 .
- the bottle receiving areas are arranged that a number of first bottle receiving areas in rows that are essentially are aligned parallel to the sides of the bottom, are arranged with individual bottle receiving areas or rows of bottle receiving areas from each other are spaced apart in the space that additional elements, such as a number of second bottle receiving areas, support devices, handles or the like can be arranged.

- a plurality of stack supports are preferably provided, which are arranged in a support composite be both a stacking of similarly aligned bottle carriers as well as stacking of staggered bottle carriers enables.
- this can be achieved, for example the stack supports are placed at the corner points of a square, so that when the bottle carriers are arranged one above the other at an offset of 90 ° the stack supports come to lie on top of each other again and thus an optimal one Ensure load transfer.
- several such support associations are provided for example mirror-symmetrical to a central axis of the bottle carrier, so is one linearly offset arrangement of bottle carriers arranged one above the other is possible.
- the handles described above can also be used in addition to yours Handle function take over a support function, namely when the handle is so far is formed from the bottom up that the bottle carrier stacked on it can rest on the handle.
- the Handle or at least part of the handle for example in the form of a handle column, replace one or more stack supports.
- the stack supports and the handle columns which are preferably hollow, can both open on one side and essentially closed on all sides.
- Essentially closed on all sides means that an overall hollow Structure without a profile character, i.e. without the absence of an entire wall area is, so that there is a particularly stable shape. Only small, negligible ones Openings for draining rainwater or the like can be provided.
- a such a structure can be produced, for example, by air injection during injection molding become. However, other types of manufacture such. B. by assembling several parts, conceivable.
- the design of the bottle carrier with stack supports arranged on the inside has the advantage that that an optimal display function of the bottle carrier is given, at the same time a good stackability, in terms of strength and security of the stacked composite, achieved can be.
- the bottle carrier for receptacles can also be a narrow side wall region which runs essentially parallel along the sides of the base be provided in the form of a bar, which however does not assume any support function, but only serves as a handle or to hold the bottles in the bottle holder.
- the bar which is preferably in the form of a narrow strip, is on the stack supports arranged and shaped so that they are either rectilinear in the form of a Sidewall area or wave-shaped, in the form of a partially sleeve-like bottle receiving area is formed around the bottle carrier.
- the height at which the striped Bar is arranged on the bottle carrier can freely between the floor and the upper end of the bottle carrier.
- the bar can be in The circumferential direction of the bottle carrier can also only be partially provided. Such Design then leads to individual brackets, for example also for defining the bottle receiving areas can be provided.
