Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a transport system made of pallets and which can be arranged thereon Bottle carriers or a bottle carrier in the form of a box, tray or the like, which can be stacked in a stack on standard pallets.
There are already a large number of bottle carriers, which are preferably made of plastic and serve to hold bottles that are transported, stored in the bottle carriers, to be offered and sold. Due to the variety of purposes, which such a bottle carrier is intended to fulfill, it is necessary in its design Compromising what transport volume, stackability, display function, Manageability, manufacturability, etc. concerned. That's why it's still, despite that already well-known bottle carrier, a goal to provide a bottle carrier, the one has the most balanced combination of properties.
A problem that has been increasing recently, however, is that the bottle carrier stacked on standard pallets for a given transport volume should be used as cheaply as possible. In other words, that means with a stack of bottle carriers usually arranged on a pallet, if possible many bottles to be picked up. By optimizing the Transport volume can reduce transport costs and the ecological balance, d. H. the ecological Transport burden can be improved. On the other hand, however the already mentioned properties of the bottle carrier, such as. B. manageability, Stackability, reliability, accessibility to the bottle carrier, appearance, etc. not be affected.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a transport system or a bottle carrier to provide the optimal combination of the requirements described above guaranteed. In particular, the bottle carrier should refer to the number of receivables Bottles have a small volume, especially in relation to a stacked structure on standard pallets.
This object is achieved by a transport system with the features of the
Breitseite. It is essential in the present invention that the inventor has recognized that it is the solution the above task is necessary that the bottle carrier on a certain Base area can accommodate as many bottles as possible and that the base area of the bottle carrier must be such that the bottle carrier is arranged modularly on standard pallets can be, so that different base areas of standard pallets be fully exploited. This is achieved in that the bottle carrier according to the invention has a substantially rectangular bottom, at least one side of which, preferably both sides are dimensioned such that an integer multiple of the side length of the bottle carrier at least one side length of one or more standard pallets results on which the bottle carriers are stackable. Standard pallets are preferred with side lengths of 400, 600, 800, 1000 and 1200 now come into consideration. It is it is also advantageous if the sides of the bottle carrier have an aspect ratio of 2: 1, i.e. that a first side or long side is twice as long as a second side or broadside.
In addition, the bottle carrier has bottle receiving areas, which are advantageously arranged on the bottom of the bottle carrier in the form of depressions, but can also be formed by support sleeves, holding parts, compartments in the form of walls or the like, and serve to securely hold bottles. At the same time, it is provided to arrange so many bottle receiving areas in the bottle carrier that the bottle density, which is given by the number of bottles that can be taken in total divided by the bottle carrier base area, which is defined by the bottom sides, is greater than 100 bottles per m 2 . The combination of these features ensures that, on the one hand, the high bottle density in the bottle carrier and, on the other hand, the modular arrangement of the bottle carrier on standard pallets enables an optimized use of space. These parameters work together particularly advantageously in order to enable both a high packing density within the container and a maximum arrangement of carriers on standard pallets.
In a preferred embodiment, the bottle receiving areas are arranged that a number of first bottle receiving areas in rows that are essentially are aligned parallel to the sides of the bottom, are arranged with individual bottle receiving areas or rows of bottle receiving areas from each other are spaced apart in the space that additional elements, such as a number of second bottle receiving areas, support devices, handles or the like can be arranged.
In a very preferred embodiment, the bottle carrier is dimensioned such that a first side of the bottle carrier or bottom has a length of approx. 400 mm, while the second side, substantially perpendicular to it, has a dimension of about 200mm, and that the first number of bottle receiving areas continues, which are arranged in rows, in four rows parallel to the second side and two rows are arranged parallel to the first side, so that the bottle carrier eight bottle receiving areas of the first type. Furthermore, in this preferred embodiment at least one second bottle receiving area but preferably two second Bottle receiving areas are provided in the spaces between the first bottle receiving areas are arranged. The intermediate areas for the second bottle receiving areas are according to the previously described embodiments created that the rows of first bottle receiving areas slightly spaced be arranged, the distances between the individual rows differ could be.
In this way, a particularly advantageous design can be achieved, which is characterized by characterized by their symmetrical formation with respect to the central axes of the soil. At this A total of 10 bottle receiving areas are in the bottle carrier provided, 8 first bottle receiving areas and two second bottle receiving areas, the bottle receiving areas in two five groups mirror-symmetrically the two central axes of the floor. This can be done, for example happen that with an arrangement of the first bottle receiving areas in four rows parallel to the second side and two rows parallel to the first side parallel to the first side Rows are somewhat spaced and at the same time the first and second or third and fourth rows, which are parallel to the second side, also an increased distance have each other, so that two second bottle receiving areas each in the In the middle of a group of four of the first bottle receiving areas can be arranged.
In addition, there is advantageously at least one in the bottle carrier according to the invention Handle provided, which is used to hold and handle the bottle carrier. It is particularly advantageous if the handle is designed as a central handle, that is arranged substantially in the middle or slightly offset from the center of the bottle carrier is. In a preferred embodiment, the handle is U-shaped as a central handle formed, two handle columns, in the form of rods, preferably hollow rods, protrude substantially perpendicularly from the ground and at its upper end are connected to each other via a crossbar. With such a Embodiment the handle columns can be made telescopic, so that an extendable Handle can be trained. Of course you can too other types of handles, e.g. B. can be unfolded or moved comparable become.
Due to the at least partially spaced arrangement of the Bottle receiving areas also make it possible to use a center handle on the bottom of the bottle carrier to be arranged, for example between the two, to the first page parallel rows of first bottle receiving areas.
The bottle carrier according to the invention preferably comprises at least one support device, the support of the bottle carriers arranged one above the other in a stack enables. The provision of a support device has, compared to the embodiment, in which the support of the bottle carriers arranged one above the other in the stack composite about the bottles contained in the bottle carrier, the advantage that on the one hand usable bottles do not have to be trained too hard, since they have no support function have to take on more, and on the other hand the further advantage that a defined and optimal load transfer takes place in the stack, so that a safe stacking is possible.
The support devices are usually provided by side walls or side wall regions or stacking supports arranged on the circumference of the base, so that the bottle carrier contrary to the embodiment without stack supports, in which the bottle carrier in Tray is designed as a conventional bottle crate. The circulating Box wall, which of course with display openings to present the inside Contained bottles can be provided, or arranged along the edge of the bottom Stack supports take on the support function in this box-like design, so that the load of the stacked bottle carriers over the side wall or stacking supports arranged at the edge is removed.
In addition to this box-like embodiment of the bottle carrier is, however, by the above Described, advantageous arrangement of the bottle receiving areas, through the additional free areas are created at the bottom of the bottle carrier, also an arrangement of the Stack supports possible inside the bottle carrier, so that an embodiment is created that can be between a pure bottle crate and a pure tray-like Bottle carrier is located. The stack supports, preferably as hollow columns are arranged between the bottle receiving areas, the Space for this also due to the spaced arrangement of the bottle receiving areas, which has already been described. There is also a Advantage in that the elements defining the bottle receiving areas, e.g. Support sleeves, holding parts, compartments, etc. in a particularly good manner on the support devices can be arranged.
A plurality of stack supports are preferably provided, which are arranged in a support composite be both a stacking of similarly aligned bottle carriers as well as stacking of staggered bottle carriers enables. In a preferred embodiment, this can be achieved, for example the stack supports are placed at the corner points of a square, so that when the bottle carriers are arranged one above the other at an offset of 90 ° the stack supports come to lie on top of each other again and thus an optimal one Ensure load transfer. If several such support associations are provided for example mirror-symmetrical to a central axis of the bottle carrier, so is one linearly offset arrangement of bottle carriers arranged one above the other is possible.
In addition to the stack supports, the handles described above can also be used in addition to yours Handle function take over a support function, namely when the handle is so far is formed from the bottom up that the bottle carrier stacked on it can rest on the handle. In such an embodiment, the Handle or at least part of the handle, for example in the form of a handle column, replace one or more stack supports.
The stack supports and the handle columns, which are preferably hollow, can both open on one side and essentially closed on all sides. Essentially closed on all sides means that an overall hollow Structure without a profile character, i.e. without the absence of an entire wall area is, so that there is a particularly stable shape. Only small, negligible ones Openings for draining rainwater or the like can be provided. A such a structure can be produced, for example, by air injection during injection molding become. However, other types of manufacture such. B. by assembling several parts, conceivable.
The design of the bottle carrier with stack supports arranged on the inside has the advantage that that an optimal display function of the bottle carrier is given, at the same time a good stackability, in terms of strength and security of the stacked composite, achieved can be.
In order to handle such a bottle carrier or the holding function for the in to further improve the bottle carrier for receptacles can also be a narrow side wall region which runs essentially parallel along the sides of the base be provided in the form of a bar, which however does not assume any support function, but only serves as a handle or to hold the bottles in the bottle holder. For this purpose, the bar, which is preferably in the form of a narrow strip, is on the stack supports arranged and shaped so that they are either rectilinear in the form of a Sidewall area or wave-shaped, in the form of a partially sleeve-like bottle receiving area is formed around the bottle carrier. The height at which the striped Bar is arranged on the bottle carrier, can freely between the floor and the upper end of the bottle carrier. In addition, the bar can be in The circumferential direction of the bottle carrier can also only be partially provided. Such Design then leads to individual brackets, for example also for defining the bottle receiving areas can be provided.
The bottle carrier is preferably made of plastic, in particular of recycled or / and recyclable plastic formed and manufactured by injection molding or the like. In addition to a one-piece shape, a multi-piece shape of the bottle carrier is also conceivable, wherein the different parts via plug-in, adhesive or welded connections or the like can be connected. A multi-part embodiment has the advantage that particularly stable shapes can be realized and that in addition the different Parts can also be designed in different colors.

In the previously described
However, it is also expedient that side walls are completely dispensed with, so that

An intermediate form between the box shape and the tray is the further embodiment

In this embodiment, the
Flaschenträger 21.The remaining
The
Figures 4 and 5 each show perspective views of the embodiments, at
